The best explanation on RU-vid by far, Sir. I have a question. A friend was hospitalized and was accidentally injected with two large air bubbles during IV blood transfusion. He now has some chest pain which is neither improving nor worsening. What should he do? Thank you.

sir why lines of zahn are not seen in pulmonary thromboembolism when that type of embolism originates from thrombus?

Depending on their site of origin they can be white & mural , whereas venous thrombi are red while the arterial thrombi are white or pale. So "Lines of Zahn" appear mostly only in mixed thrombi, wch have alternate white n red lines called the same.
