I'm a new subbie. Just found your channel. That's so cool!!! And beautiful. I love to do embroidery and bead embroidery. So I think I'd love these. I've NEVER SEEN THESE BEFORE!!! WOW! What a clever idea! Thank you for the wonderful video. And for introducing me to this cool product. Austin,TX USA
Love this! Long ago I used to love to do embroidery but was limited with what could be done with the end product. To use it on cards is a fabulous love it love love it way use your efforts and enjoy the peace of "handwork". Yippee for Yana!
This is a wonderful how to video. I just started using the stitch dies. I like how you have added so much more. I’m subscribing to your channel. Thank you for going slow for us beginners.
Thank you so much! I was so frustrated with samples being shown and the creator stating there is only one way to stitch these. Yes, there is a simple way to stitch these so anyone wanting to try these, should not be intimidated. It can be easy and the results for the effort is stunning. However, that statement really limits the use of these dies. Your stitching looked like ribbon when I first saw the thumb nail. So beautiful. Could not agree more with theFrench knot stitch. You did a great job showing the stitching but also that just like ink and paper, with a little creativity there are tons more ways to use these die. Thank you for sharing
So lovely, Yana! Thank you for sharing your gift of cardmaking and now embroidery. You are so talented and a wonderful teacher. I think of you and your country often and pray for your safety and an end to the war. 🪡🌻🙏❤
Oh Yana, your stitching is just lovely and has really elevated the stitched dies to a new level. You have also inspired me to give it a try. How clever to use the May craft kits to create your color coordinated floss spool holders. Your talents are unending. I am hoping that you are well and remain safe, you are in my thoughts and prayers constantly. Peace for Ukraine.
This tutorial just blew everyone else’s stitching tutorial away! WOW! Surely this episode has to win an RU-vid award equivalent to a film Oscar, a television Emmy, or a Music Grammy! Again, absolutely amazing and incredible. You make us want to be as great as you, Miss Yana.
Your card is gorgeous. i haven't embroidered in years so it was fun watching you make the stitches. Thanks for sharing. Praying for you and your country.
This is one of the most beautiful cards I have ever seen! These stitches are amazing. Thanks for reaching the wagon wheel stitch to make those beautiful roses. The leaves and light pink small flowers are so pretty too. This card makes me so happy.
I grew up doing so many different styles of stitching and thought I knew all of the stitches, but you have opened my eyes to the wagon wheel and those eyes have hearts in them! Thank you so much for sharing and inspiring! My mind is now working through all the ways I can use this new stitch!!!
Thanks Yana! I've recently purchased a few of the Spellbinders stitching dies and have really been enjoying them! Love learning these new stitches. Please do more videos with the stitching dies :) Take care and stay safe, I know I speak for all when I say our hearts are with you.
I just love your floss holders, what a great idea. Even just having floss holders in color families, not perfectly matched, would be attractive. This card came out beautifully. TFSharing, Yana. 🌈 💌
Woo Hoo Yana…This is so beautiful! ! I immediately called a friend who loves embroidery and we raved together about this new idea. Women all over the world are texting and calling each other to say “ Have you seen Yana’s latest idea?” This is way beyond Craft…this is an art. Thanks for sharing this with us, what fun! (Praying for you and your country) God Bless!
😮 wow thank you so much for this tutorial. I didn’t know any of these stitches. I have recently fallen in love with stitching on cards and this is awesome.
Yana, I am always happy to see your posts. Thank you so much for this tutorial. I do a lot I cross stitching myself and I have acquired a few stitching dies and this has given me more ideas on how to finish them. Stay safe 🙂
I used to do a lot of embroidery when I was younger, I stopped when I started paper crafting...it is wonderful to be able to combine them! Thank you so much for all of the tips!!
I am enthralled and delighted by your video, Yana! I have also recently become interested in embroidery, as a progression from Spellbinders stitching dies, but hadn’t thought to apply those more elaborate stitches onto the diecuts ….. just brilliant, Yana! Thank you so much for sharing your amazing creativity so generously. I think of you often whilst following the horrors of Putin’s war against your country, and hope that you are able to find enough moments of safety, relief and peace to sustain your spirit. Hoping intensely that Ukraine can have peace soon. Thanks again for bringing much enjoyment to the lives of others.
Excellent tutorial. I have loved using the Spellbinders stitching dies. Genius! Can't wait to try it. Thinking of you and all your country's people. I hope you remain safe.
@@Yana.Smakula I tried it. It looks great Now maybe you can design something for Spellbinders that had nine holes and is circular. That way a person could stitch it whichever way they wanted. Thanks for responding ❤️
So beautiful! I used to embroider and I can do this! I didn’t care for the stitched dies before but your example is so much prettier. Thank you for this. My prayers continue for you and your family.
Hi Yana your card is beautiful! Thank you for your inspiration and sharing. I love the flowers, leaves and French knots. I haven’t tried stitching on card stock yet, but I’m excited to try it. I love your videos and please stay safe.
WOW!!! Thank you so much for this inspiring video! I learned how to crosses torch and embroider clear back in Jr. High and haven't really done a whole lot since. But I love love love that you thought outside of the box and brought us another lovely way to embellish these letters and backgrounds! I just love this look. Hoping all is well with you and your family.🇬🇦🇺🇸

Wow! What a beautiful, bold card! ❤️ Yet your stitched flowers soften it in such a lovely way. I haven’t tried stitching on cards yet, but I’ve been really wanting to try. Sending you strength and hugs, dear Yana! 💛🌻💛
Oh Yana.... your card is absolutely gorgeous! ✨ I love the colours and the little flowers that you embroidered. I also love the handmade floss cards. They are much more pretty and personal than the plastic ones you can buy. Hope all is well your way and that you and your family are safe. 💖

Thank you Yana for the inspiration and information. I found your video very helpful. Your card is stunning. I too love stitching on cards and will give these stitches a try. Keep well and safe. T x
Yana, I am smitten with this technique! I pretty much copied yours. It’s a mess on the back but I think it makes a beautiful card. Thanks for showing and sharing! I hope you are safe and well.
OMG! I'm loving this technique! I'm gonna have to attempt embroidery again. It's been over 30 years, and I think I was too impatient last time. But I totally love how your card came out.
I love this card you created. I love embroidering too! It's been quite awhile but watching you I'm inspired to try my hand at it again! As always, Yana, your videos are so informative and your creations are a "gift". Thank you! 💜
Thank you Yana, love what you made!. I love to cross stitch, as my mother was Ukrainian and she taught me and I still do cross stitch. I am definitely going to get some of these dies. Stay safe and my heart felt feelings go out to all Ukrainians! Slava Ukraiini! 💙💛💙💛💙💛💙💛
I swore I would never do hand stitching on cards but I have now done three Spellbinders stitched cards and this video gives me a way to expand my stitches! I did embroidery many years ago so the Daisy and French knot stitches were familiar to me but the wagon wheel rose is a new one! Thanks so much for this inspiring video. 💞
