A visit to the Embsay and Bolton Abbey Steam Railway where there were 2 steam locomotives and 1 diesel locomotive in use. This is a railway I often call into at least once a year when I'm heading North to Settle and each time I notice a big difference in the progress that the volunteers have been making. The car park at Bolton Abbey and the new platforms have come a long way, and I can't wait until they are all in use.

The 03 at first was shunting in one of the new platforms built at Bolton Abbey before it was attached to double head with the Austerity to work back up the line to Embsay.
