Had this on repeat for the past week and it STILL brings me to tears. Not a lot of things make me cry but this is just flawless. The voice & lyrics really touch every bit of love, gentleness and compassion in me. Makes me PROUD TO BE BRITISH...
At times you struggle to find the words to describe what a person means to you in your life. This song encompasses all that my heart feels for this man. Next to me.
Hey young people, its nice to hear a song that is not full of cheap sexual innuendo or greed or hate. I congratulate miss sande for looking away from the gutter and lowest denominator She may not speak to the masses because love has faded somewhat recently and lust has become the in thing, but its so nice to go back to a time when innocence was beautiful.
Artists like her and Team GB makes me proud to be British, she was amazing in the opening ceremony, as she is here. What a true gem of a singer, pure amazing talent.
I couldn't possibly love this song anymore!! It fills my heart! It describes my amazing boyfriend to a T, and I could very easily see it being used and performed in churches everywhere! Exquisite x
there are no words to describe her, maybe we could use amazing, anyway, no matter what words you use, it doesn't matter, what matters are the feelings that this tremendous voice provokes
I recon it could be about either, that's what's awesome about this song, it's so open to interpretation. Kinda like Whitney Houston's "You got the love"
Finally A real SONG,THIS is music with REAL instruments,REAL Vocals,And A NATURAL sista Singin her heart Out.NOT stupid Beyonce,Rihhana,Or any Of These JOKERS who RASS UP all Of music.
@joeyboiwiv Its about faith, not sex, not partys, not comedy, so it will never get what it deserves but the ones who know true love will love it to bits.
@Rosiiiiieeeee i think its interpretable, its got that gospel sound and the chorus seems to suggest it but then i think the verses kinda suggest maybe not, i think its ambiguous so if you want it to be then it is :)
It's purposefully ambiguous: I see it as a lover speaking to her other, but it could be about music, God, spirits, or a deceased friend - it's enitrely up to you :)
@mmaspley1 I actually thought it was about her fiancee, I thought it was about God but then figured it may be about her soon to be hubby. Ah well, different interpretations to different people.
