Upgraded ts dust papyrus is funny to play because you can just spam at the beginning of the round and almost always get a guaranteed kill

Sugestion of video make Horrordust skin vs the og Horror outer skin (from pre-rework)

whats the app for the waves? (also W video but ts underswap might be easier to grind cuz of his dust skin but emerald is stronger in dmg)

i would say FS emerald is way better (if you count TS paps´s skins then he wins)

I mean depends on how you play it. Blocks waste alot of stamina and you need to use 10 of it for phase 2. Phase 2 can kill some people, yeah but if you spam all the abilities, after that the most you can do is try to kill whith bone zone. The other is Giant Bone Zone + bone zone + spin bone = close range defeat.

Also I think if we consider max upgrades no skin then tsus is better cuz of second phase moves
