Language cannot define / create itself out of mere "emergence". The latter Higher Things all came from God / Holy Spirit / Christ communicating in mysterious ways with certain Gifted Giants...something your atheistic "economics" completely and intentionally misses and suppresses (rather unjustly and ahistorically). (Let us re-name him Von Misses!) We merely co-create (in His Image), in cooperation with the nascent Tools (such as Language) that he imbued into us from the beginning of our existence. And when they desire to communicate this want to others, they are forced to express a means of communication which was already latent within them from time of birth. This effectively debunks John Locke's idiot Tabula Rasa theory, as if we are all born blank slates, merely formed by our "environment" and not at all from within.] Notice ALL Language is Circular: you need Language to define itself. (Infinite recursion). And that is a profound manifestation of us being made in the Image of I Am That Am, which gave us the Template for Language due to his being the 1st manifestation of what it is To Be. Moral behavior and practices of mankind cannot just "emerge" out of godless Atheism. It has to come from an original Template that is outside-the-system (completely Transcendent to material existence). (See Gödel's Incompleteness Theorem, proving inescapable circular self-reference). Basically, all you're saying is material reductionism, similar to Abiogenesis for economics, as if everything good just merely "emerges" from Nothing, like a magic wand of "invisible hand" as your substitute for God. It's nothing new...just a re-statement of the Hindu "Turtles all the way down" mythology. Addendum: People, don't buy this Emergent BS. Language didn't just "emerge" (by itself) from ignorant cavemen grunting, no less than a room full of 1000 monkeys will ever write a cohesive language book. It's the same problem of "Emergent" strong A.I. fanatically pursued at Google Mind and other misguided ventures. Sentience won't ever emerge from mere Turing Tests or Church's Theorem. (Douglas Hofstadter, A.I. pioneer who wrote 'Godel, Escher, Bach' admitted theirs is an act of blind faith, not science). Language and Sentience both are intertwined, created by a higher power. Machines, which are constrained by rules and finite energy, will never be able to replicate the Infiinite Self-Recursion self-referentiality that only immortal / immaterial Souls can manifest, because otherwise these machines, in order to self-refer infinitely recursively (as Language does), would need infinite memory, energy and infinitely-fast info-travel speeds (from one end of infinity to another) for their memory cells to self-recurse. That's why mere Emergence, Abiogenesis, etc. never works in the real world. There is always something "beyond" which transcends material existence, which creates, By Design, not by mere dice. Thus, Hayek's words in the opening to Chapter 4 of his 'The Constitution of Liberty', "Though freedom is not a state of nature but an artifact of civilization, it did not arise from design," is false. It's just his atheistic sophistry manifested as if true freedom is not tied to any original Creator. You know how atheists are allergic to any idea of an Intelligent Designer preceding and forming our Language-nature, merely because it would mean we have to obey 10 Commandments in marco- and micro-economic political and personal affairs. Keynes clearly had a problem with that, but so too did Hayek. This rendered their economics too full of obvious holes. It's simple. Stop assuming "central banks" imposing State-Sponsored Usury are "OK" with God, or with us. We never "agreed" to that.
