Im having trouble with the harbor city mod 5.0.5 (newest available on emergency planet). It keeps downloading unzipped rar files that don't contain the .em4 file necessary for installation. Both pt1 and pt2 are the same. Anyone know how to get around this?

You sure it's not a drag/drop for the mod folder? Some don't 'install', they just have to get put in the right place.

They are the same file actually. Make sure part 1 and part 2 are in the same folder. Then extract the file as you would any other.

@@sixstringbestfriend that's the problem. They download separately. I've tried putting them in a compressed folder then extracting them, but its missing the .em4 file that comes with all mods.

@@ember_shep8181 Copy paste the Harbor City folder to your "Mods" folder in the Em4 directory. Everything is working as intended, you just got confused because the mod is not compatible with the modInstaller.

Das is ganz einfach. Du setzt die min zoom auf 20 in der config

What is the difference between als and bls?

In real life, ALS units can treat severe injuries such as trauma from car accidents, gun shots and deep stab wounds. BLS calls tend to be for people who are simply feeling ill and do not have anything obvious that's wrong with them. In Em4, there's no real way to differentiate between the two except by giving one set of units the heal command, and the others, the stabilize command.
