Of course it’s a suspicious vehicle.. it’s a Nissan Leaf not plugged into a free charging station hogging it because they don’t want to plug it in at home.

LAFD Light Forces are 4 man truck and 2 man Engine .Task Forces are a 4 man Engine and a Light Force put together.

It is achieved through the parking script. You can find some mods like Bieberfelde, Jackson County and some German mods that have the function. If you have experience in modding, you can download the stand-alone script from the German forums and install it into your preferred mod.
