Mery Christmas Alex ! So when there's a code blue in the ICU, you alarm the intensive care helo, you also alarm hospital staff Not Op and the group with the large pager as their spawn symbol. My advice is with your spawning pager you hover and click on the person and you'll see the doctors and nurses rush the person to surgery or stabilise them until a helo takes them. The mod simulates burn victims, amputations , cardiac arrest etc so somethings can be dealt with in house like cardiac arrest but burns and major bleeds may need to be taken to a reigonal center.
