Hello friends myself Dr Nagendra thalor cardiologist today I will share a case of heart attack which came in night at 1 am .
So how a emergency Angioplasty can save life of a patient.
This patient came with chest pain, sweating gabhrahat restlessness dizziness.
in emergency room ecg done which shows stemi.
So loading dose given to patient
Aspirin 300 mg
Clopidogrel 300 mg
Atorvastatin 80 mg
And plan for emergency Angiography.
Patient shifted in ICU while preparing for Angiography he start to develop recurrent vt ventricular Tachycardia.
So multiple dc shock given and patient shifted to cath lab.
Angiography shows both lad and Lcx are 100% Blocked that's why he developed recurrent vt.
Immediately both Blocked artery opened and Stenting done .
Post Stenting patient feel relief, vt stopped,and bp also improved.
After two days stay in ICU patient discharged in healthy condition.
He came for follow up and doing good.
So message is that when you feel chest pain, gabhrahat restlessness dizziness sweating don't ignore it and consult with doctor so your life can be saved.
