Emergency declared at Hampton Beach, New Hampshire as waves overtake homes, streets 

Multiple people had to be evacuated from their homes near Hampton Beach in New Hampshire on Wednesday morning as the tides and floodwaters overtook the streets, prompting a declaration of emergency.
