How I love the Scottish accent on the Scottish couple. My dad was born in Glasgow and even though my mom was born in Montreal, her parents were born in Edinburgh, so I have thick Scottish blood running through my veins. When my dad passed away in April/12, I knew the one thing that I would miss the most was his Scottish accent. I have a phone message on their phone, but I guess my dad picked up the phone as it was starting to record a message so I have 30 minutes of him, speaking to his friend. I listen to it every once in a while to hear my dad‘s voice. I hear that voice and I felt safe as a little girl. It’s funny how that happens.🥺

@@sharongreen1366actually, there has been studies done on this. ADHD kids were found to get 20 000 MORE corrections than neurotypical kids. If it was as simple as saying “no” or “teaching how to behave” in a neurotypical way, then they should be acting neurotypical. You wouldn’t ask a kid with a physical disability to stop needing support. He has a need for extra support. You have no clue if you’re trying to blame his parent.

Who doesn't say "haitch"? Those people who know that the word is "aitch" ... look it up in a dictionary. You'll find aitch, described as the 8th letter of the alphabet but you won't find haitch. It used to be the case (and maybe still is) that people saying "haitch" were regarded as under-educated.
