My wife was diagnosed with gist three months ago, it started in the appendix. The big tumor was hige and itvwasctsken out and also a complete hysterectomy was performed. She was diagnosed stage four with metastadis to the peritoneal area. She's on gleevec 400 mg, and CT scan shows numerous lesions scattered in the spinal cord. Could these be metastasis of her original problem. Everybody is baffled, we don't know what to do.
