This show has ZERO stress level and it’s a great show if you’re feeling sad and stressed out and don’t want to think about the hard stuff, and just catch a break from work, school and personal problems. I’m starting to accept why this type of show exists- and I use it to my own benefit. It’s such a comfort show. But I do hope this show close to an end though, don’t want them to drag too far and be a total disaster. 4/5 seasons is good enough though. Still can’t wait to see the 4th season, also who else felt weird watching the show in the summer when the last seasons had premiered in the fall/winter?!

Youve hit the nail on the head. Same goes for Friends. Its a comfort show. Theres no depth to it and thats great. Not everything needs to be Breaking Bad or Game of Thrones. These type of shows are built for people in their 20s who come home from a day if work

Like we use to do before digital content.. you use to have to wait a full week again for every episode, then they had winter hiatus between the Holidays and late January/early February, then another with spring break, then the end of the season. 7-8 months of a season spread out. That’s why people use to buy VHS & DVDs so they could binge stuff far easier instead of waiting for summer binge re-runs.

My theory based on the trailer and knowledge of storytelling. The first part of the season is going to be Emily just being Emily - after the mess of last season she wants to focus on herself and move on from both guys which is probably more difficult than expected. In the second half she will most likely find her way back to Gabriel - cause that's the man she deep down truly wants.

ughhh honestly I am tired of this, there is no choice. they have been in love with each other since episode 1, please don't try and salvage her relationship with Alfie. @@shadowone01x99 it's not about quality, it was never about it. That was never put into question regarding the 2 part tv shows. It's about preference, that's all. I grew up with one episode per week and I loved the feeling of anticipation, I love dying to know what will happen next, feeling myself on the edge of my seat. These 2 part TV shows don't make me feel that way. I still like them, but it's definitely not the same. I liked the old formula better, simple as that.

I love the adventures and dramas Emily endures, overcomes and sometimes grows or decides to make light of the whole situation. We are all rooting for Emily to live her best life. As we wish we could just up and settle somewhere new to really experience life to the fullest. Emily putting herself first, swimming around her feelings of what she wants in a life partner, her life and career ❤ A real heartwarming gotta watch show. All the actors are wholesome and amazingly talented. You just want to drop yourself into Paris 🎉

SPOILER It did not take a genius to see in this trailer that Emily and Gabriel were looking at each other. Also, I think the reason everyone thinks their chemistry is "forced" this season is because up until now, they have consciously chosen to do the "right" thing which was not be with each other! Since this is the trailer for the first half of the season only and it leads us believing she chooses herself in the end and ends up with neither of them, I guess the second halb of the season will be about eventually realising that she can do it alone but doesn't want to. She spend 3/4 seasons being in love with Gabriel and always having him on her mind but they never really were together - doubt they would let their main couple not be together for once before ending the show.

The relationship with Gabriel personally leaves a bad taste in my mouth - I don't know how all the wrongs become right. How many times do they both do wrong to other people before they actually figure things out?
