Fun fact: If Urek wanted to, he could have wiped out everyone at once with a flick of his pinky finger. That's how strong he is. Also when he says "You'd need at least an Opera to even stop me for 1/10 of a second, he is referring to the lighthouse." Opera is the strongest and rarest type of lighthouse we know of. Only 3 exist. Also, absolutely loving your eyes, Sam! They're really poppin' in this video!
@@Arkayjiya Technically yes, I actually forgot about "The Eyes of God" for a moment, although we don't really have much information other than him using it over the Opera for an unknown reason.
They talk about techniques and gear much more in the comic. Its a little hard to understand their lingo sometimes if you only watch the anime. Like when mazino said you need an opera to fight him, he was talking about a lighthouse that had been brought up multiple times in the comic by this point.
The scene where miseng gives a snack to arkraptor is so cute because in ep 1 or 2 (i forgot) she shared chocolate with everyone but him since he wanted to get rid of her and goseng, and in the test with the rooms she said he is worse than the child abducting grandma, but now he's actually grown on her 😭❤️
So the lighthouses are used for communication and giving vision to the lighthouse users/ light bearer's. They can help with scouting and giving orders in a team. Needles should basically be thought of as a "sword". It is basically the normal melee weapon in the show.
Some details that were changed or only slightly touched on from the WEBTOON are that Urek was wearing an anklet that restricted his power and presence to 5% of its overall value, and he says hes only using 1%, which was basically confirmed later on in the story when you do see him use progressively higher percentages of his power. Also, instead of jumping over to the guy who he puts his foot on outside of zengaya, he warps there instantly.
Urek's backstory isn't mentioned in the story beside what you heard in season 1: He's an irregular like Baam, so he comes from outside the tower (hence how he knows about the outside sky and everything and he wants to go back there which isn't easy). There's some info about him given outside the story by the author: He's the strongest active ranker in the tower at rank #4. The only people ranked higher than him are two other irregulars ranked #1 and #2 but they have disappeared and probably aren't even in the tower right now, and the #3: King Jahad himself who isn't active right now. So basically Urek is literally the strongest person they could meet while climbing the tower. Also while Baam is strong, he should not be able to hurt Urek, even if Urek reduced his power by 99%, he still would be a thousand times stronger than Baam. This is another hint that Baam's ability isn't just raw power, it's the ability to break the rules of the tower like he did in season 1 and particularly his affinity with Shinsu (another rule Baam can break is the rule that makes Jahad unbillable).
I love how everyone, both fans of the series and actual characters in the show, all dislike or hate Rachel 😅😅. The disgust Sam, Dani, and Morgan have for her every time she is onscreen or mention is comical 😂😂.
Bam was found on the night of 25th by rachel so he's identified by that ,fyi baam translates to night in korean so quite literally '25th baam' And urek is an irregular including jahad ,ten families leaders and rachel ,baam .*it was mentioned in season 1*
@@deadpool253 The "combat" between Viole and Quatro is one of the worst animated fights I've ever seen xD On the other hand, the Emily segments are cool and creepy. I agree that the sound design is great.
I think its just very mixed/inconsistent quality. Some cuts are amazing others mediocre but that's to be expected since this is the studios first full project
I will never understand the way they choose to translate/retcon some of the conversations. When Karaka (armored crocodile guy) was talking to Jinsung (Bam's teacher from FUG) they talked like they were equals. In the comic, Jinsung referred to him as a child, and made it clear that Karaka was to stay out of it, since other higher ups in FUG wouldn't dare go against Jinsung openly. His other comment about abandoning his family was a weird choice. He's from one of the 10 great families and he murdered every member of his branch of that family when he joined FUG. Abandoned isn't really the right term for it.
😍Dani🥰I’m sitting here doing homework, talking to Soo, on FaceTime. I noticed she haven’t said anything in a little while. I called her name. Kayla, (Her roommate) said. “Troy, this girl knocked out!”😂 She could’ve just said, she was going to sleep. She must’ve had a long day academically. It’s not even nine O’clock yet.😂 On Jaydo grave. Murda, called complaining about one of our younger brothers. (A sociopath) Campus life, has never been sweeter. I hate babysitting those lil psychos. On BD.

30:50 It wasn’t really Emily flirting as much as Dan setting his username in the chat bot to “Mr Handsome” 😅
Forget about the skeleton thing, he only did that once at the start of s2 in the manga and it never appeared again, it isnt even known what it is or why he has it and the scene of it after the mazino fight isnt canon
I'm confused why the translators went with 'My Lord', when they clearly say 'God'. Slayers are referred to equivalent as God's in FUG. Even Hwaryun, the red haired one eyed guide in Bam's group refers to Bam as 'God' to herself.
Tbh im worried this show isnt gonna do anything with its world building cuz like it has all these cool concepts but dont really use any of them and im not saying you have to use everything but if you dont use ANY of it, it just feels like your just throwing shit in randomly.
