You should put a nice pool table where Rafael wants to make an accent wall. And where you put your new frames you can put a high top table with some stools and make it a seating area. Or maybe hire an interior designer so that he/she could help you design all the spaces in your house. Your Floorplan is weird you have a lot of empty space.
