Orange juice has vitamin C that’s why they want Emily to drink the iron with it. Vitamin C helps the body absorb the iron. If she doesn’t like orange juice as her dr if she can take both vit C and iron with water.

Yailene maybe Alison has Endometriosis because her period cramps seems really painful and I have it and I got misdiagnosed many times by many doctors until I told then that it really wasn’t normal and her situation seems just like mine so please take her to a GY because it’s better do it early than too late please take it from someone that had to remove her organs out because I almost had cancer spreading in my whole body, please take care because Endometriosis has no age line and sometimes it can make you feel powerless because Endometriosis isn’t easy at all especially during teenage hood. Seeing u guys order things online and then open them on camera is very very exciting and made me go online and go on this jewelry line called GIRLS CREW and I got a silver necklace with 4 cute charms one is a silver colorful cloud and it has like these cute little dangling things on the bottom of the cloud like it’s raining with pink and purple diamonds, also got a cute bear charm and it’s so cute because it’s like hes holding on to this heart ballon so he’s dangling and I also got this cute flowerish white diamond charm , and last I got this very cute half moon charm and it has cute pink dimonds on it… The next charms I wanna get is this cherry charm & my daughters initial charm :)
