Can we for the love of god stop adding pointless love interests to women who in real life never had such attachments? Let women be alone and messy! Why was this addition necessary when the movie could perfectly have been about the relationship between the sisters? In real life there was no man that came and saved Bronte with his encouragement, Emily was reclusive and dark and perfectly capable all on her own.
lol why don’t they just make is real instead of adding so much fiction to it? The people that would watch this are people that actually know about her life 🤦♀️
The Gondal diaries of Wuthering of all plots, impersonated by Maeve Wiley under O'Connor's shaking hand - Geez! Emma might make it worthwhile anyway though. Good actors are capable of bringing to life even the blandest of ideas. So, O'Connor's "Emily" might show what kind of an actress Miss Mackay is after all.
