IKR no other good rappers then these two because all the trash we have today I miss 2pac 🐐 but we still have emeniem at least but hip hop will never be the same without 2pac.
@@tredwes7483 he said master of flowing emotion not the best ever. It depends what we say makes up the best. Overall talent, skill, voice, who can move a crowd, drop a freestyle, etc. I think Nas is the greatest MC who’s ever lived. Most raw talented rapper of all time i give it to Big L. Wisdom and guidance goes to Guru. Teaching and intellect KRS One. Flows and metaphors no one does it like MF DOOM did it. Like i said its hard to pick a best of all time but all the names i mentioned qualify.
@@lethalassassin1754perhaps you hv all the nutritious ingredients. But pac was salt. Your dish is gonna taste shit without salt.... but u can always substitute ur other ingredients!! RIP Tupac❤
Its not about how many words you use,but rather HOW you USE the words you use. If you learn and master the technique of letting the beat breathe and allowing the audience to process your words and focus less on technical and more on the depth of the words and how it actually effects people, your relevance and significance as an writer will always be significant.
To me what makes Pac the greatest is that he had the most important things to say while reaching so many people from all over the world with his music. He definitely posed a formidable threat to all kinds of powerful folk. He knew his days were numbered and he still kept on recording tracks. In Em's words "there will never be another you".
Ask all Arabs and Persians, and middle eastern they'll all say Pac is the greatest. He influenced middle easterns as well. This proves he dominants the rap world forever.
@@Python-xs2iv that wannabe punk had more forethought and talent in his lil pinky than most have in their entire bodies. His songs are still being played today and will probably still be playing after you and I are gone - legend
@@APBpa His music isn't even being played anymore, wtf are your talking about? Nobody gives af about 2pac these days except some old men living in a random LA hood. When you and I enter our old age, I guarantee that 2pac won't even be a relic of the past. He's gonna be completely forgotten because he's not someone worth remembering.
@@APBpa I don't listen to Eminem's new shit like that so idk who tf he talks about nor do I care. And even if he is still talking about him, that just proves my point. Only people who still bump 2Pac are some old ass men, mostly drug dealers from LA who do nothing but get high all day. 2pac's music is dead and people have moved on
@SCP-939 You're last 10 comments is hating on 2pac, get yo slung out of Eminem's ass. www.xxlmag.com/eminem-tupac-shakur-greatest-songwriter/ Now get the fuck out of here you dumbass.
Tupac could make every type of song. Social commentary Party songs Chill out songs Tributes That's what separates him from the standard rappers talking about diamonds and cars. He was a artist first and foremost. Both are great.
If I was blind and couldn't see, listening to Tupac would be the closest thing to seeing because of the way he paints vivid pictures and stories with his words
Eminem is something special too for him to acknowledge this says so much about him and now we know why his music is so effective at touching out hearts and souls because he seen how Tupac did it
The whole emotion delivery from 2pac was unmatched, there is no way to cover his songs without sounding wack, his delivery was GENIUS, no one can do it like. His lyrical complexity was not great , but his delivery and message was TOP TIER
@@tristandemoure5276 If 'Pac was still alive, I'm fairly sure HE would've discovered and signed Eminem before Dr. Dre....but I think had 2Pac lived, him and Dre would've eventually squashed the beef between them anyway. 2Pac was getting to the point where he was tired of all the beefing. He briefly beefed with Snoop Dogg when Snoop said Ice Cube was a good friend, but they made up.
@@tristandemoure5276 thats true i agree a beef would have happened the fact a white boy was upto 2 pacs level would have been offending honestly in a true battle i would be team 2pac but if the got along as Budds that would have been insane
basically Eminem is the white busta rhymes im love 2pacs music forever but too have a white guy whos on 2pacs level would have been good to see in this day and age but thwts all im saying i love everyones opinion that's what my post was about all i can say is keep it up please 👍😎
I always say Pac understood it wasn't always what you said but how you said/delivered it .. he was a lyrical genius... Em being a rap legend understands that.
It is true that Tupac is the greatest rapper of all time. He talked about things that people could relate to. When he rapped he always spoke about real things that were going on in the world, while hitting you with knowledge. I respect Eminem for keeping it 💯
This is more of acknowledging someone's greatness not saying they are the "GREATEST" PAC rhymed with emotion after he discovered his niche. He rhymed different in the a.m. of his career. Thanks to him for unsuppressing the emotion so many of his withold...
In keep ya head up when tupac says my momma nearly gave her life to raise me right and then after adds the harmonic singer in the back just shows how genius he was
Technically, Eminem is the better rapper. His knowledge of English vocabulary is almost unparalleled, and he can switch up flows and make multi-syllable rhyme schemes like no other, in a unique way as well. But PAC, is the legend here. PAC was able to touch people's hearts and souls with his music way more than Eminem could've ever done. Ey don't get me wrong, Mockingbird and Beautiful were touching songs, but when it comes to an "artist" (not just a rapper alone), Pac the better one here. R.I.P to the GOAT. 🙏🏾💕
@@athulpaul967 Yeah I give you that with Eminem he is a Technical genius with his shit but we can say the same thing with Big L and Big Pun. My thing is you can be skilled and all that switch up shit that doesn't mean anything. I heard 2pac on tracks with some of the most skilled MCs and because of his energy he comes out on top. Eminem broke it down why 2pac is the greatest and the most deepest and I love Nas DMX Scarface Jadakiss but when it comes to 2pac it's insane. We really miss a legend. He was way ahead of his time. Eminem is a generational talent 2pac was a lifetime talent rear bred. That's why the white CIA music mafia killed 2pac because he was a threat. Eminem was no threat.
@Jay2Fire Both great agree, everyone has his own opinion, but it can not be denied that the Pac is the greatest at all times, he was such one. I eat the best after the Pac .My friend ,i appreciate your opinion , i shared my opinion and i think it is so. One way or another ,both legendary perfomers ,everyone has his own favourite. Good luck to you . Buy.
I hundred percent agree I love Eminem don't get me wrong but Tupac is a legend and is better than him don't get me wrong Eminem has said it himself Eminem is a goat and Tupac is a legend my two favorite rappers of all time
The one the reason why Pac is the greatest is that each song has a different flow on each beat. Tupac can rap on any beat and sync his voice into it perfectly. Every Tupac song is individually wrapped. Because he flows according to the beat is what makes it magical
Crazy how that song he mentions was one Pac wrote for MC Hammer. After Pac died, it was released to capture the true passion of 2Pac's delivery and raw emotion which an artist like Hammer could never come close to.
Answering straight to Eminem's question..."But when we truthfully reveal our feelings, the chosen words are released in sync with the sound words and physical words." That's a quote from a book that Tupac had read, called "How to argue and win every time at home, in court, eveywhere. Every day." by a great lawyer called Gerry Spence.
Top 5 rappers off all time( it’s not in a specific order but these are definitely the greatest 5 rappers off all time) Pac Eminem Nas Biggie Andre 3000
Love em both but goddamit if y'all know anything about rap/hip-hop you'd know both 2Pac and Eminem are VERY different when it comes to their rap style. It is LITERALLY impossible to compare both of them directly since their style is very different. Both, Eminem and 2Pac have mastered different elements of rap and it all literally comes down to personal SUBJECTIVE preference and nothing more. Eminem is amazing and nigh unparalleled with rhymes, wordplay, complex vocabulary etc. Tupac is about delivery of the words and known for talking about several real life issues. One must be a special kind of idiot to actually think either is absolutely better than the other. Peace out folks!
I've always felt that way too. Yes he was good, but his music, to me, just didn't have much meaning or substance to it. I believe, (and I mean absolutely no disrespect towards Biggie or his fans), but I believe the only reason he is considered a "legend" is because of his connection to 2Pac and his untimely death, also connected to 2Pac. I think had he not beefed with 2Pac and was still murdered, he would've just been known as a decent New York rapper. 2Pac was already a legend before he died. Biggie wasn't considered a legend until after he died. Had he lived, he probably would be legitimately involved in the Greatest Rapper list by now.
so true tupac is another level to big who took 3months to complete a track' pac made you feel every lyric biggie isn't even in the debate nas wud kick his fat ass
2pac is the real goat. I love Eminem but most of his songs I'd just shit talk . Where as tupacs songs was real life an touched your soul . Tupac is the GOAT. With Eminem a definite second best .
Eminem’s music did touch you emotionally as well. His music mainly resonated with the rage and pain of the bullied and abused individual. 2Pac however reached out to social issues as a whole. Both reasons why these artists have reached GOAT status.
Em touched on alot of real shit. His was about pain and struggling as well he expressed it differently and his lisfestyle wasn't the same as Tupacs. I don't think that "real ish" is a real statement. Em spoke on alot of real shit from the core. I felt tupac thru and thru because I was a brutha for one. And i grew up in poverty type influence But I resonate with em because I went thru it rough with my parents and my child hood was alot of abusers and shit. Em is like how I wanna get back at everyone. Tupac is like how I feel inside I mean yo opinion. But em def not one some fake.
@RealTalk @RealTalk I regret even clicking this notification smh...yo ...i never said tupac wasn't the goat rap is bigger than what it was tupac was a different type even with the whole ballet shit to "west coast" Im not a little kid new to the game you don't need to tell me all this shit damn nigga come on I still stand by what i said Just because the majority of black folks don't fuck with em as heavy don't change shit for me period. Lol Pac was more than his raps hes deeper than even that .. Em earned my respect and as i already stated he's been thru shit too and he addressed all of that so what if he made raps that didn't fit you or anyone else likings I fucks with his deep shit And his talent as a mc i recognize his shit Hes a very talented mc Tupac and em are two different entire rappers Em the goat on how he did it idgaf whats current ive already seen enough heard enough Tupac the goat on how he did it You don't have to agree with shit idgaf man lmao You sound like those inner prideful racist niggas just cause its a white dude he openly raps and speaks on his inspirations he never disrespected us once always represented he is a genius Emeniem went thru it Ive listened And received Because i stepped out of that "black only" limitation i fucks with all races Em is filthy asf He will never be tupac Tupac would fasho showed love to em because unlike everyone else tupac can feel that "passion' you speak on Just as jackie chan will never bruce lee Because jackie is Jackie Em is em You just gotta find the songs because he has so many (yea you prob won't) Em has passion and real shit Tupac was just the master of passion and poetry he didn't have room to rap on shit like em because its always been messages and focused on growth black people black struggle and othug life thats it Tupac grew up in a lifestyle BLACK PEOPLE RELATE to And like to follow including his negative image side I felt his lyrics too Struggle just cause you don't relate dont make it irrelevant nor not "real ish" Em got hated by so many it was just ammo and em brain is different he can say some shit you would never imagined on yo best day I don't care what everyone prefers i don't care whats lasting longer all that shit is irrelevant to my point. Thats the shit that pisses me the fuck off about cats like you bruh This conversation can stay divided peace.
Because it was natural bro, he wrote 4 songs a day. It just flowed out of his heart. He wasn't concerned with ultra complicated bars, it was the message that was key, and his vocals are amazing. Stupid shady fans will always just look at the rhymes.
I don't know if Run D.M.C. could really be considered King of Rock, they didn't really do rock music to be granted that title. The only one rock song I remember them doing was Walk This Way with Aerosmith. King of Rap = 2Pac Prince of Rap = Eminem King of Pop = Michael Jackson Princess of Pop=Britney Spears (arguably) King of Rock = Elvis Prince of Rock = Rolling Stones King of Reggae = Bob Marley Prince of Reggae = None
I have so much love for Pac. On any given track he bodies people. On a crap beat he lifts it while other rappers can’t carry. His voice and energy breathes life on anything he touches. Not many rappers can do this.
Lmao dude, Tupac did 4 albums in one year and one of them is the most popular album of all time and Eminem couldn’t do that in 20 years. Tupac raps about what he’s been through and he makes a point at the end of his songs while being aggressive at the last bar. Eminem just tries words that will rhyme and just makes up words while rapping.
Em and Pac are like the complete opposite bests. Em is better in a lyrical way, mastered the flow patterns and can switch so many times his flows throughout a track. He had more time though than Pac to learn and take from everyone. Pac is a master of flows, how he puts lyrics, messages and knows exactly when to place a bar and when not to. If they both beefed, No one would win...its like Sonic vs Flash, Yoda Vs Windu,Goku vs Saitama. They are equally strong but not the same strong. Top 1 ever both of em.
