I love that line "I'm not here to save the fucking children, but if one kid out of a hundred million, who are going through a struggle n feels that's great."
@@tlcornish00 sorry about that dont forget no one can hit as hard as life and its not about how hard you hit its about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward-rocky balboa
Isn‘t that linked to that one movie scene where Robbie Williams is a teacher giving motivation to seize the day? Didn‘t see the movie but it would fit in as he sadly committed sucide
This is such a relatable song for someone who has struggled with mental health since a child and addiction/mental health since I was a teenager. Such deep meaning. I will forever love this song
MidxNight dude he isnt even fast in this one. It just seems that way because of how many rhymes hes cramming into one line. Then again, after finally learning how to do Godzilla, suddenly everything sounds slower to me so idk. But if u just learn the lyrics his part becomes trivial.
I LOVE this song, more than Love The Way You Lie. So many of y'all call this just another pop hit, without listening to the lyrics. The chorus is good, everyone only talks about that, but the verses are so underrated. The message and meaning behind this song makes it one of Eminem's best.
I listened to this song on radio .. otw to school .. and I was like ' I'll definitely search this song on yt after school !' So .. when I get back .. I was sooo excited till I actually realised that I forgot the lyrics ..;( .... and noww I finally found this song ! Thank u God !
Dustin: I'm friends with the monster that's under my bed Will: Get along with the voices inside of my head Eleven: You're trying to save me, stop holding your breath Joyce: *And you think I'm crazy, yeah, you think I'm crazy* Stranger things fans anyone? Just me? Ok...
Ohhhhh....I heard this song in stores a lot. Then I wanted to listen to Eminem because I haven't heard him since I was little. So I heard this and I'm like "Holy cow! Rihanna sang this? The same Rihanna who sang Work and Needed Me?" I was blown away. The same girl who sang this awesome catchy song was the same girl who sang Work, which is repetitive... and aggravating.
Who else sings along with the song with headphones not knowing how you sound but then you sing without the headphones your like, "Dang I Really Suck At Singing..."
All the damn time! I sing with 1 earbud in and keep the other one in so you can hear the beat? And like when I take the other earbud out I'm like, Wow I suck.
me and my best friend.... she somehow doesn't even know how to hum right... she sounds like she is trying to hold her breath while talking or something
Parts of this song actually explains my OCD and Asperger's quite well. I have learned to live with the OCD, the monster, and my amplified emotions almost creates different personalities for different moods. These different voices together make up me. People may think I'm weird but I'm just as human as anyone else, there is just a few more of me.
I've always listened to this song before. I was going through a lot and this just hit me when it's gotten released then. Well, I'm glad Eminem had his rap to blew off steam cuz if he didn't he would have already lost his sanity. the guy did go through a lot.
Tbh Rihanna’s verse in this song is probably one of the best things I’ve ever heard. That let alone sounds like the real world. I can relate. Still honestly a really good song in 2k18.
Eminem has such a sh!t life and seeing him be successful and live on is so great. I’m glad TAHT he is producing for us. I think we can all agreed. If your a hater, it’s cuz you can’t keep up. It must be amazing to be the daughter of Eminem and be like: yeah my dads the best dude alive...! WOAH
being a roleplayer I always hear how I my characters sound in my head, when I'm bored I roleplay with them (like in class) it's just my imagination being awesome as usual, I love how my mind works, and no one go on saying "talking to yourself and having voices in your head is a step to insanity" or some shit like that, because it has been proven false, I am not going crazy, my imagination just runs wild because I am always thinking of my roleplay.
RejectForTheWin 100 true, in class it's constantly "Scarlet you are such an idiot" and many other conversations, fights to a fucking novel, it's awesome
I love em's recent two albums. But he has to give us at least one top charting single each album. Dude is great at that. He's been missing that aspect for the past three years.
'Im friends with the monster under my bed, get along with the voices inside of my head' Addicting verse right? What do you think it means people. WAKE UP
Rain Summer Don't listen to him hes trying to convince you into believing that Illuminati bullshit. He thinks the voices part means "Mind Control" it supposedly happens when you sell your soul to the devil when Eminem specifically says his OCD is conking him the head. It is about having a Mental Illness its a psycho anthem but is still mainstream. Also, the monster part means Slim Shady, Eminem used to be on drugs and now hes friends with Slim Shady which could've been another reason he made his hair blonde for MMLP2 (of course in MMLP1 he was in his Slim Shady era). Just, whenever you hear stuff about Eminem being some kind of clone please don't get confused into that stuff, it's all make-believe I should know because I used to think Life was the Matrix. It's just our minds :P
They weren't all his lyrics. He was a co-writer, not the writer, but I see what you're saying. Eminem's lyrics are no joke, either. Go listen to Lose Yourself.
His flow in this song rivals his other songs able to hold and sustain a semi fast flow for the whole song and in the second and third song able to speed it up and still hold it
Eminem probably the only rapper whose lyrics make some sense....and also he is the only rapper who doesn't say nigga, ass, bitch etc 100 times in every song!
