Hailey is the only biological daughter, alaina is Kim's sister's kid but since her sister was an addict and wasn't able to raise so they took her in. Finally Whitney is Kim's daughter from another man, em adopted her as well since her dad was an addict as well

He actually has 3 daughters Whitney Scott Mathers Alaina Marie Mathers Hailie Jade I'm not sure if they are all biological or not 🥰🥰

Only Hailie is his biological daughter. Alaina (Laney) he took in because his ex wifes sister (the biological mother of Alaina) was an addict. Also he adopted Whitney, the child his ex wife had with another man because the guy was also an addict. Em also took legal custody of his little half brother Nathan because of their abusive mom.
