You just said a mouthful....much appreciation... There will be an energy that makes you want to throw up your hands and just quit. That is the enemy....it will say "screw this, I'm back to what I know. Um going back to my old outlets of distraction, my old patterns formed by fear that made me FEEL safe." That old way is NOT the path to safety or truth. It's filled with illusions and compulsions driven by fear. The way to freedom is by walking through fear and out the other side, not by stepping back into the illusion of safety. It's an illusion because it's temporary, only setting you up to allow itself to surface again. We have to shatter our insecurities to know security, not cower from them.

I agree, and maybe when we start looking at others and see that we are each individually, perfectly imperfect. Any and all differences between anyone human and another might finally be appreciated not discriminated, then simply vanish revealing the truth, that inside, WE-ARE-ALL-ONE.
