Prior engagements that have to be respected and a production company that wants to put them together again.....in a good story. Not just any superficial thing. But our voices are heard for sure. Both mentioned it a couple of times.

The production company has the biggest voice in this. You would say the companies are aware of the wishes of fans. On the other hand there are also many people thar do not want them to work together again. And although they both said if it was a good story they would surely work together again if the opportunity arises that does not automatically mean they would offer them both a role in the same series.
