If Mr. Wangida is correct, then the judge's order cannot remain valid.

I am disappointed at channels, I have since stopped watching partisan news channels. Am also disappointed at Justice Liman. He doesn't deserve to be in the Appeal court because his kind will bring more problems in the future. The lawyer to Kano govt is very sound and avoided questions where they tried to push him to disrespect Justice Liman, I have lost respect for these anchors. They wanted him to criticise the judgement which could be a problem for him if front of other Justices or Liman himself if he ever finds himself in front of the Judge. That's bad of channels. He has answered your questions but you kept asking the same question. How can the Judge say the governor was aware when the judge knows that he didn't order substituted service through the media? The judge should ask for certified copy of service papers not affidavit by a journalist. What kind of a judge is that for goodness sake?

This lawyer is very clever and intelligent. I'm very impressed. By the ruling of the federal high court, the former Emir has lost out. 😂

No region has monopoly of knowledge or intelligence. Any human can acquire them if given the opportunity of exposure to quality learning opportunities. What the north in particular and Nigeria in general needs is enhanced exposure of more and more citizens to quality education that will liberate their minds from the shackles of intellectual, social, cultural, economic, and religous ignorance. This way more citizens will be empowered to make quality, logical, and rational decisions for themselves in ways that improve their conditions and those of the society at large. As more and more Nigerians acquire the capacity to make rational electoral decisions, the ability of politicians to manipulate their ignorance for their own selfish ends will start to diminish and we will begin to see better outcomes for the society. Court order is respected only in the North if it effects hausa indigenes, the same court order can not be respected in other parts of the country especially if it has to do with the Igbos , one county many systems for different ethnic background
