I used to fix planes but am still amazed at their beauty & Intricacy . The tires are a bit different with rotating motion and fly by wire automation. Larger engines. .
I love the shots they got from the side of the plane while it taxied out, it really puts into perspective just how massive this aircraft is and all of the commercial airliners are and the fact they are controlled by just two people in a cockpit is really amazing when you think about it in that context.

In the 60's when I grew up, crashes were more often happening, today's airline industry is amazing technology, making accidents more rare, which is a great accomplishment.
@@Archie583 How am I hating? I’m just saying that I didn’t know that more crashes were happening in the 60s than in the 21st century and that that fact surprised me. I don’t get what part of what I said is considered hateful…
@@fatrat6988 Sorry. My bad. I thought you were being sarcastic since there were so many more accidents in the 1960's. Please accept my apologies. I was born in 1953 and plane crashes were pretty common in the U.S. in 1960's compared to the 21st century, where commercial aviation accidents are almost unheard of in big jets in US.

Amazing ladies! Just the 2 of them with no other backup ! They must have nerves of steel, apart from them being superb pilots ! God bless them , may they reach the pinnacles of their profession , I am in total awe and admiration!👍😊
It was also nice to hear them thanking push back truck driver they have a heavy towing job with that tow bar there there to check if engines start when started apart from having to have advanced driving skills to manouver between planes fuel trucks 🚛⭐ etc

My husband and I flew with Emirates from Sydney to Dubai then three hours later flew to London with Emirates. Coming back to Sydney from Italy we flew again with Emirates. They were by far the best airliner. Staff and all very professional. ✈️🛫

Wait, didn't capt say she's going to engage the auto pilot at 400'? Then she says she's going to hand fly til about 1000' then engage auto pilot. Did I miss something? Love love love this channel!
One was the emergency brief where she said she’ll engage the autopilot early. The other was the normal briefing. That’s why you hear two different altitudes

Landing in Quito, Ecuador was the coolest experience ever. Went to gety luggage bag and it was not on the conveyor belt. Starting to panic, the officials had it just off to the side guarding it Eve❤rything under control. Coolest place ever, just a short hop by LAN to Cuenca Me
