Hey there! Great vlog. I just wanted to ask when do they take you back to the airport for your next flight with the bus? I was thinking about exploring Dubai but I'd like to know how many hours I would get until I would have to check out. Thank you alot.
Did you have to get your checked bags, or were they checked through to your final destination while you were in Dubai? Would be a pain to claim your bags, then have to re-check them when you get back to the airport.. thanks!
Hi there! Do they inform you before your flight which hotel you’ll be staying at? I have. 16 hour kay over and plan to go skydiving although I’m still unsure if I should book or not due to the Dubai connect uncertainty. Thanks!
Hi! They don't inform you which hotel you will be staying at but once you've confirmed that you will be using Dubai connect, it's pretty much sure that you will have a hotel for your lay over 😊
Hi when you get off from the airport , your bags which you check in and loaded were they allowed you to check thru your destination without taking out and reload at the time of your check in again for your connecting flight? Thank you
Hi, when you book Dubai Connect online, after you request a room, then the status is saved, did you input your email? Because, my experience, I’ve requested the room, the status is saved, there was no next step. How do I know if it’s confirmed?
Hi! Ours also remained on the "saved" status. However, since we are required a visa for Dubai, we had to click on the link for the Dubai connect visa page to submit our requirements for the visa. If you come from a country that does not require a visa to enter Dubai, then all you have to do is wait for your flight and receive confirmation at the check in counter at the airport 😊
Hi! When you emailed your Dubai Connect Visa Request and submitted all the requirements, did you get a response from them? Would you know beforehand if your visa is approved or not ?
Anyone can answer me here? Papano po kapag galing ng Israel through flydubai 3 hrs going to dubai and next flight is 20 hrs next day emirates. Am i eligible to dubai connect? Flydubai is inder emirates too
Hi! Very informative video. Can you please tell how much time did it take from landing to your hotel? Also, was there any immigration check while exiting the airport to the hotel? We have a 10hrs layover and thinking how much time will we really get at the hotel.
It took around an hour to get out of the plane up to the hotel. There was immigration check upon exiting the airport. In our experience, it was a very fast and easy process the moment we got to Dubai 😊
Hello!! just to make sure... are we allowed to travel around even for that short period of time, right? In my case, I will meet my cousin living in Dubai.
I saw in their website that if you have a flight with shorter connection you we'll not be qualify for Dubai Connect I got two options flight with 8 hours connection or 15 hours connection if I choose the 15 hours would I still be qualified to Dubai Connect? Is what they mean that if you have shorter time then 8 hours (minimum time to be qualified to Dubai Connect according to their website) you won't be qualified Thanks!
Hey, Can you please help me because I am also looking at booking with Emirates and wondering if I also approve for the Dubai Connect. It says your fare price needs to be a certain amount and it tells you if you are eligible at the time of booking. But i dont see that information. Please give me the details and if you need visa and bla bla bla...
Hi! In our case, we saw the Dubai connect in our manage booking after we purchased the tickets. I'm not super sure if there is a way of knowing before you purchase the ticket. If you come from a country that is required a visa for entry in Dubai, you will just have to email some requirements once your Dubai connect has been confirmed 😊
Hi, I wanna ask my connecting flight Pakistan to China by Emirates airline And layover time is 79 hours So I should to apply for visa or what I should to do? Please guide me
Hey there! I think the best thing to do is to contact Emirates. Tell them all the detail about your 79 hour connection. Tell them about Dubai connection because usually long connections are covered by airlines. From my experience, Emirates staff are very helpful and they will for sure guide you till your destination. Hope this helps!
Hii ma'am thank you for sharing your videos in Dubai.. can i ask a question. Do I need a trabsit visa for dubai if my layover 4hrs 15mins. ? And if in case i need it, where can i get that? My flight is this coming May 19. Thanks for your response ma'am. It'll be helpful.
just want to know when you should go back to the airport, like how many hours before your flight ?. and then how was your experience with the immigration and custom when you went back, how long does it take to clear hope you had great flight
You have to be back at the airport 3 hours before the flight. Emirates arranges your pick up to ensure you're back in the airport in time. Immigration and customs were very easy 😊
If you require a visa, it is best to apply for the visa beforehand. If you will be doing Dubai connect, Emirates should be able to help with this process 😊
I have a flight soon and have Dubai connect facility available since I have a long layover in Dubai. One question: how many days before the departure did you guys get your visa for UAE ?
@@PatMorada so I had send all the required documents to them on Dubai connect email, do you know how many days before the departure will they issue the visa ?
Hi, I booked Dubai Connect already and sent documents that they requested for visa as well. I sent on 25 Apr and I’m gonna fly on 20 May but now I haven’t received the email that my visa is approved. Should I ask them? Cuz I saw you answer someone that your visa was approved within 1 weeks after that. Thank you
Hi po mam Pat, Question po Do I still need to get a transit visa for dubai kasi po yong flight ko is from cebu to clark to dubai (lay over for 7hrs and 50mins) then my final destination is brasil. Kailangan po bang kumuha nang transit visa kahit hindi na lalabas sa airport?
Hi Pat The agency book our flight back to MNL with 10hours layover, bali 3 po kami, sa dubai connect dalawa lang ang masesave just for one option na room1, pano po kaya yun, maiiwan yung isa pano po kaya maaapply ung isa for dubai connect, thank you
Hi! You can do two rooms since each room can have a max of 2 people. If you are having difficulties navigating the website, you can call emirates and they will be happy to assist you 😊
Hi, i would layover in dubai about 10 hours. Do u think should i apply for this dubai connect? I mean, like the time to go to hotel from airport and vice versa could be good enough ???? How far was your hotel from the airport??? 😊😊 Thanks for your answer
If it’s an option in your booking, you should definitely go for it. The hotel is just 5 minutes away so it’s so much better than waiting that long at the airport 😊
I already bought the ticket and got layover for 17 hours in Dubai...but why i cannot see the 'Dubai Connect' options in my Manage Booking? Does it mean i'm not eligible for it? Or is there anything else I can do? Thankyou😊
Hi Pat! Just 2 questions :) - Did you need to submit or show any medical document to immigration in relation to COVID? - It says in the Dubai Connect page that visas are processed only 14 days before the flight. Did you email your requirements earlier than this? Thank you for this helpful vlog!
Hey! We did not need to present any covid related documents upon arrival in Dubai. For the visa, I'd like to believe we emailed the requirements a little more than 14 days before our flight 😊
Please tell me, once you reach dubai, and follow the connections signage, do you go to dubai connect or connections desk. And also tell me if this is right, upon arrival at dubai airport, you go to dubai connect desk, then to immigration and finally towards hotel desk. Is this correct?
