the looks like the Royalty for the Rich but for the poor immigrants who work in Slave like conditions to build those glitter and bliss of the middle east, it is their slave masters. In short the whole Middle Eastern Arab countries are built on the Sweat, Blood and Tears of those cheap immigrant labour force who are kept in Cheap labour camps. May be you should read abut them first.
My brother is a senior facility engineer with British Petroleum. He has to travel to the U.A.E. at least twice every year for business purpose and he often takes Emirates Airline. According to him, Emirate's flight attendants are every bit as beautiful, poise and charming as shown here. In one noteworthy incident, he told me he was traveling with a co- worker who brought along his wife and 7 year old daughter. They were visiting the U.S. and were returning to the U.A.E. Halfway during the flight the daughter ask her mother why Disneyland did not have princesses as beautiful and nice as these airplane princesses.
I’m a lawyer and work for a firm that assists BP. Saw these emirates ladies staying at the midtown Sheraton hotel near where I work today. A majestic sight.
emarites airline al ethihad both own by the UAE Emirati government bump subsidies to the tune of billions seems unfair competition specially EU US Airlines.

Best marketing for an airlines I’ve ever seen. The crowd loved it and was egpngaged. Even kids were following the flight attendants instructions. Orel Herschiser was a great sport to let the lady pitch. What an arm on that lady. Give her a 10 day contract. Orel is A true legend! I remember when he used to play. Great pitcher! ⚾️🧢🔥💯❤️👏🏽
Nah they just tall cuz they need to get the bags up in the storage area. What's the use if they cant reach up there to help the passengers out. And they have to be thin cuz the walk ways are small.
probably an employee from the very bottom of the food chain and the idea made its way to the executives. Poor guy (or gal) still works scraping human crap off the sides of the toilet to this day

I hadn't seen this, before today, but I celebrate it, all the same! KUDOS to Emirate Airways, for making 2 beautiful 1st pitches, that day. What a BEAUTIFUL way to introduce the airways to any sports fans, who were not yet aware of them.
In this one stunt, they combined: brand Position, brand awareness, demand generation, targeted customer segment profile, and made sure there's going to be a lot of word of mouth. They put ALL the good key marketing elements with this pre-game opening pitch. Probably the best marketing campaign I've seen in a long time. Kudos to whoever works their marketing dept.
@@kilokilo9034 guessing you got that about 100% wrong. Where did you come up with that? This is UAE----not some of the Countries that have suppressed women. Look at the number of pilots flying on Emirates.
Both pitches from the announcer AND the stewardess was flawless 😎! She threw better than any celeb I’ve witnessed in MLB do it in the last 30 years, including Fitty(😂).Seriously.
I had the opportunity to fly Emirates a few times while working overseas. Beautiful and very professional attendants and I believe they all speak a number of languages.
I also had. Once the software of the plane didn't launch, they kept us in the plane for 4 hour switching off and on the power to reset it and then moved us to hotels. Next day we flew in the plane of the same size - two flights in one and they didn't suggest anyone to move to better class which was free.
they also have crazy standards to get hired some would say (sexist) there is a reason other airlines work with flight attendants from other airlines all expect for emirates ;)
I would always watch the flight attendent do their safety routine on the plane, even though I flew dozens of times a year. I just wanted the attendant to feel like they weren’t being ignored.
Emirates was the best flight I have ever had. The planes were ultra modern and comfortable, the staff were beautiful, caring, engaging, and kind. I love their uniforms, elegant and classy. 6 Stars!
Asian airlines like Emirates have strict guidelines for them though. Going beyond your BMI or a pimple can ground a crew for a flight. They also screen applicants like how a modeling agency scout theirs.
My niece use to be a flight attendant with Emirates. She loved it and said the airline took good care of them. They were put up in 4 & 5 star hotels, paid for meals, and she was given local currency after landing. Unlike cheap airlines (e.g. Ryanair) her training and uniforms were free. She loved her time with Emirates.
@Jack Sutrees Ryan Air does. Their flight attendants also pay for their training. A lot take out loans for this. A man I use to work with said his daughter worked for RA for about a year and she was still paying off debts. She told him they were only on the clock from take off to landing, even though she had to do paperwork and accounts before and after each flight. He said she never got full hours. That went to those with seniority.
Been flying with emirates for a long time since 2019 went on my first flight to dubai and their is no word to describe the treatment inside the plane and how’s the flight was incredible !
The marketing team that came up with this surely need a huge bonus. Excellent advertising! Emirates is one of the best airlines in the world... Actually, probably the best.
Carl T Can’t argue with the quality of their product, but 99% of the population just compares them to “crappy” US airlines without understanding why airlines like Emirates and Ethiad appear so much better. These are state subsidized airlines. Their governments are pouring enormous amounts of capital into them, which allows them to offer a product that appears much nicer than that of a US airline. They aren’t private companies like American, Delta, or United that need to turn a profit to stay in business. Emirates has never made a profit since its inception. The state funds their “smoke and mirrors” if you will to try and encourage travel and tourism in the Middle East.
It's the same reason why service was better on U.S. airlines prior to the de-regulation of the industry in 1978. U.S. carriers didn't have to compete with one another on the basis of profit.
He is absolutely right, I travel regularly DXB-IAH as I live in Houston and work in Dubai, I also have some training with them as my company has some agreement with EK. Those ladies in the video are the standard for them. Well maintained aircraft and amazing service as well.
@@nandi7772 Thanks! Been there, done that. I could also point out that no period (.) is used between the first two sentences of your reply. It should be a comma (,).
Americans truly rock and have swag … beautiful choreography. Emirates is one of the best airlines (in my humble opinion) and has a hard working and customer focused, multi national crew.
One of the classiest group of airline employees in the world. I saw them enter a hotel in NYC and they all carry themselves in a first class way Great throw!
@@thedictationofallah No soccer because, Rugby is also called Rugby football and sports like Canadian football and Aus football and Gaelic football all fall under the football family and are known as such from their beginnings.
@@edsmith438 Oh, I agree. But think of all the terrible first pitches other celebrities have thrown. Plus, there's never anything wrong with practicing.
@@grf15 Exactly. Celebrities practice and throw strikes. Then they get on the mound and air mail it (no pun intended) back to the screen. This lady flipped a breaking ball on the outside corner. SURE she practiced but when she took the sign and went into the stretch, she spun that changeup like she was coming out of the bullpen in the eighth inning. And I'd bet the other flight attendants knew she was an athlete.
I changed this comment because I am sick of people getting angry at something, and then never presenting a real argument. Instead of a dumb discussion, here, have some cake 🍰
What an arm she got ! She threw it better then many celebrities of the past !! She killed it ! It musta taken weeks if not months to get that one pitch just right !
Try it bro, you can ride the highest speed train for the first time in Southeast Asia. Love Emirates, travelled with them from the Uk, both to Dubai and Mauritus. BEST planes (A380's), best flight crews, best entertainment, best service. Can't be beat !
Originality, beauty, poise, elegance, preparation, respect, family atmosphere and delivery! The entire stadium was fully engaged. And ... that is exactly how a brand reaches out to new worldwide audiences! Amazing!

I've thrown out about 5 first pitches, this lady did an excellent job. Their routine was second to none. Congrats to Emirates!!!! Hop e to fly you one day.
Love Emirates Airlines and their flight attendants, always smiling, so beautiful and friendly! The food is also amazing! It was always a pleasant flying with them 😊
The love and creativity of the Arab world. This was outstandingly well orchestrated. The Emirates needs more publicity. We need more of these. The man/woman who thought of this deserves RESPECT and recognition for such a witty introduction. Excellent.
This was extremelly adorable. And what a presence they carry; I think I'll give that first calss presence a try and see if I can carry myself like that on everything I do.
I've been on Emirates several times. I can guarantee they are THE BEST AIRLINE. NO ONE can beat them. They have the most elegant and sophisticated flight attendants and I love the middle east in general. As a Nigerian woman who loved there, they are so welcoming and loving. I absolutely love them.
