Hey Aurora, great video as always. You on a fromsoft binge? Quick question, how do you deal with the sound of your breathing in your videos? Do you edit them out? Duck your head away from the mic every time you need to breath like Tay Zonday in chocolate rain? I'm looking into getting into recording as a hobby, and would really appreciate your advice on that front.
I am on a bit of a binge! haha. I typically don't have too much issue with my breathing, but it's come with practice. If you're struggling getting breathes in your lines, I recommend taking longer pauses between every line or two for a breath so you can easily edit it out and stitch that audio together. I typically read through a few lines and take a pause-breath-pause so it's easy to edit together if I need a deep (loud) breath. If you're having issues with your breathe kinda "popping" in the mic, try a filter. If you don't have one, a sock will do the same thing. I had a trusty recording sock I slipped over my mic for years before I got a filter haha.
