EMMANUEL (Bukas Palad) 

This popular Advent song was originally written in English by Charles Wong (Xavier School, High School Batch '70). It was later on expanded by George Gozum and Fr. Manoling Francisco, SJ, wherein the counterpart of the song was added. Then Rene Oliveros translated the song into Filipino, and Norman Agatep subsequently arranged it for the Bukas Palad Music Ministry. EMMANUEL is an appropriate Communion song during the Season of Advent, especially during the Aguinaldo Masses.
