dude that was awesome.. your stage presence didn't need to be announced, but people watching felt that.. Just dont let em pick songs that dont fit your voice and range all in the name of taking risks
i completely agree, but i think its more the fact that they were so caught up in it that they simply forgot to press. i know i would. hes so relaxing and calming. im surprised they didnt go in a trance :)
One of the strongest auditions I've seen. He has the most beautiful voice and control not to mention he's soo handsome and humble. Emmanuel you can sing for me anytime.
Oh my! To create such an electric atmosphere in such a short space of time is quite astonishing. Emmanuel has a unique voice, with fantastic range and a wonderful presence from the whispered lower sections to the effortless falsetto, which was (unlike some others in this show) absolutely controlled and pitch perfect. It takes courage and confidence to leave such spaces in the music, to understand that it isn't all about bluster and panache. The message can be delivered with a breath, and that's what Emmanuel did. Beautiful and exquisitely delivered. Song choice will be crucial going forward, because whilst he has range he might be swamped in the battles. Interesting times ahead!
While Emmanuel's recorded version of Sweetest Taboo sounds good, it doesn't come close to the magic that was captured on the voice blind audition. The chorus has an "other worldy quality that touched me on such a deep level, it brought tears to my eyes, and I'm a grown man! Not to mention the song was too short. I I kept replaying it over and over again especially to see how Rita, at 1:12, is so moved by what she heard, she can hardly contain herself. lol.
Emmanuel Nwamadi as Flykiller said, it would be beautiful if you could recreate the voice audition dreamlike "vibe" - it's the slower, more "rubato" version with additional instrumental backing that brings the extra magic I really liked. Also, notice the distance and rawness in your voice, when you say "tell you NOW"... astonishing. I missed this in the studio recording. Still, congratulations on a fantastic, unique cover.
Omg I was exactly like you. I didn't know what to do when I first heard it except play it again and again. The instrumental is so underrated as well as his guitarring. Then that voice oh dear me I literally just goosebumped all over!
I can't stop watching this. It's a hypnotic and mesmerising performance. Beautifully controlled. I want to listen to the full length version. I would buy this for sure.
I love the contrast of his Voice when he hits the lower and higher notes and he seems a very humble person. If Im honest dont know why only got one chair
My favourite so far, fantastic, unique voice. I'm really surprised only Ricky turned around, with the right coaching and song choices he could win this show imo.

How the hell did they not turn around the way he played the guitar, the way he sang, his tone, the way he switched up the song! I would of pushed that button for sure!

Emmanuel Nwamadi you are freaking amazing, your voice takes me to that place seriously, trust me all 4 judges would have turned around but they didn't realise the song was at its end they were too mesmerised. i listed to you like ten times over yesterday and as if i couldn't get enough i am youtube wanting to hear you more. you are amazing. i am definitely team Emmanuel and looking forward to seeing you more and more. your audition is by far the best audition i have ever seen on any talent show.

I have no idea how this wasn't a complete 4 chair turn around. I know Sir Tom said the song ran out before he could hit the button, but man...that voice is amazing!!!!!
I just CANNOT stop playing this. Emmanuel if you don't win, i will be utterly shocked!! You've been the only one to stand out by miles in the blind auditions so far. How on earth did esmee get 4 turns, and you never. I kno the judges were just wrapped up listening to your mesmorising voice but they surely most have knew you've "GOT IT" once you hit the falsetto. Bizarre! Fantabulous dude. I'm routing for u all the way xxx
Yup I sure hope that's the reason coz if not those judges need their ears examined. They tend to save the best audition til last, it should have been Emmanuel by MILES. I hope the Ella Henderson X factor shock doesn't happen here, because while she's good I think Emmanuel is better, it would be an absolute travesty for him to go early on
Emmanuel's voice feels like hot summer rain it's so refreshing that I could listen to him all day long .... raspy tones and stunning vocal range takes me far far away .... I hope that he gets all the success he deserves and we get to hear more ❤

Crazy absolutely crazy, the freshest thing I've ever heard. I never watch the show,my missus is obsessed and has it on every week. I was I a different room when I heard this guy singing,without asking my missus I rewind the TV and really listen to this song, I no the original and it had no feeling. This guy is something special and deserves a career now.
Seriously, Emmanuel has an exceptional range. He has performed at several of my music events and this isn't even a fraction of what he is capable of. I wish him luck!!
Just like everyone else does, I like to think I get it right when someone captures my heart. I must have been wrong on this occasion but I just can’t see how. This version of the sweetest taboos is soulful, haunting and beautiful all in one. IMO the music industry missed a gem here.
It's not just about the voice. His voice is amazing but the feeling? The feeling is out of this world. One of the best renditions I've ever seen in my life.

This performance really makes me cry.his voice I can't explain. But I'm going through something . Nd I listen to this with my eyes closed and tears fall. It's one of those voices that every time that person sings. They sing it from the heart and everybody feels it. Emotionally . I love this.

Emmanuel, you are the REAL winner of the voice UK. When I saw your audition I knew, that you should be the real winner. You had my vote from day one. So much better than Stevie and Lucy. Such a beautiful, powerful, strong voice, and what a range you have. Incredible! Truly believe the other judges were so into the performance, they ran out of time since they all were like " oh no, what have I done, missing out on such a talent". They were so hypnotised. I've watched this performance so many times over the last few days (and shared it with so many other people) It's so so beautiful and haunting, and you have such composure. The whole thing totally blew me away and i'm still completely shocked that only one judge turned around! You're in a whole different league to the other contestants!

FINALLY! My fav contestant so far, he deserved 4 chairs by the way.. i think he's unique on the show, because of his GREAT falsetto, passionate performance, good song selection with those beautiful unexpected arrangements, that's make him one of strongest and distinctive contestants of the competition.
