I can't believe that this Emmerdale episode rounded off 1996 on Tuesday 31st December then the first of the 1997 episodes started the following day on Wednesday 1st January I am really looking forward to seeing all the episodes which were shown that year.
And that wraps up the 1996 episodes I can't believe that on Monday we will be in 1997 with the Emmerdale episodes and I can't wait to see all the ones from that year.
Also when the Cairns debut, we will see Tony is played by the same actor to play Tom Merrick in 1980-1982. Oh yes, Emmerdale went thrice weekly from 1 Jan 1997 onwards, until 2000 when it went five times a week, so the rate we go through the eps will slow down as of Monday.
Congratulations to Claire King...appearing centrestage in almost every episode for over 18 months straight since the affair began. No wonder she needed that little siesta in the quarry...
So in a year and a half, they have got through just over 7 years worth of episodes. January 1997 on Monday. Soon the rate will slow down due to Emmie going 3 times a week in 1997.
Lol?? I hope that in real life you don't mock people who are grieving! And since I have to assume that you do, please look up about the stages of grief. You'll need to know that for your friends and family. Everybody responds differently - some get better in a few months; some in many years. Learn to have a light and loving heart for those people.
