Felt so sorry for Pete here, he's been trying to remain so loyal to and protect everyone, and not to make a hideous situation even worse - A situation he didn't want to be part of in the first place!! He really didn't deserve any of this! It's all making me look forward to Cain battering Nate even more! Think this is gonna be quite an equal struggle though. Very good episode last night, great acting from Pete, Faith, Cain and Paddy (which was a surprise). Bring on the hour-long special tonight!!!
Ross is a hard man but the writers made him look weak half the time but the thing is about ross he never backs down always up for a fight either he wins or lose he's the most entertaining person back in emmerdale before he left
"You can't win this one." Wtf, oh so Graham, ex SAS, Cain can do just fine against, but Nate, some random-ass farmhand with big muscles, no chance, wtf is going on Emmerdale.
I know right? I don't get why Cain and Pete are talking about Nate like he's the Grant Mitchell of Emmerdale. "I can win if he doesn't know I'm coming" smh Cain already overpowered Nate easily in the Woolpack anyway and battered that henchman in literally 2 seconds who was way bigger than Nate.
I know really didn’t get that comment, cain fought evenly with graham and took down that huge henchman in two blows, surely mate isn’t tougher than either of them
This is first punch thrown on Emmerdale since July! Gives an indication of how dull the show is at the moment although this was a decent episode. I think we're all routing for Cain tomorrow but I'm a bit worried the writers are gonna screw up as usual and let Nate win, he better not! I mean more or less won against an ex SAS, surely he can beat Nate in the big boat fight right?
@The Anonymous Commenter Nobody, I was talking about Robert and Lee's fight from July, that was the last time punches were thrown by anyone on Emmerdale, not just Cain.
@RS800 RS800 You're right, there's been a noticeable tonedown with the violence recently. Corrie has always been the worst at fights, Emmerdale used to be the best but as the frequency of quality episodes decreased, so did the fight scenes, EastEnders has the best year ever for fights scenes in 2019 and at the start of 2020 but has now become really dull and there's been no action recently apart from that great scene where Phil battered Danny. So overall, EastEnders is the best for fight scenes but it's still underperforming, that could all change if they had more exiting storylines though. You're right about the ridiculous complaints as well. Like when Ellis got stabbed in Emmerdale, people were complaining that the show had become about gang crime and violence, despite this only happening in one episode. One punch gets thrown in two months and suddenly it's all “OMG, why so much fighting!?”, snowflakes at large!
I hate it when grown men grovel in front of Cain, especially when they didn't even wrong him. Say what you will about Nate but he never cowered from Cain and I hope he goes to his grave obstinate to the bitter end.
Cain ties up another person and doesn't kill them. Could at least change the formula a bit and make them listen to Douglas talk about his gardening for torture.
@@tomhiggins6542 Yh I agree in that respect, still would've been satisfying to see Cain pummel Nate too though. I do feel the week as a whole has been fairly disappointing. What would your order for the current Emmerdale hardmen be?
1) Cain Dingle, 2) Graham Foster, 3) Nate Robinson (could be higher), 4) Aaron Dingle, 5) Pete Barton, 6) Billy Fletcher, 7) Zak Dingle (higher if he was younger obviously), 8) Bear Wolfe (probably higher if younger), 9) Will Taylor (not had any fights but presuming he can handle himself due to criminal past), 10) Al Chapman 9probably not a fighter but would stand his ground and would probably have beat Robert if their fight continued). Honourable mentions; Jai Sharma (not hard but has thrown some good punches and will stand his ground), Jimmy King (at one point would be much higher).
@@tomhiggins6542 Great list, mine's more or less the same. Can't decide how I'd order the top 3 though and can never decide on who'd win out of Pete and Aaron. Yeah not sure what to say about Will. I actually started making a video for this list and several people I'd like to include won't be there as they've had barely any fights this year ie Pete and Aaron. I think Robert deserves a mention, as he's been in more fights than most in the last year. I'm currently wanting to do top fights for Ed and want to do an updated wish punches for both EE and Ed (Though I don't know as much about Emmerdale)
Nate will put up much better fight against cain tomorrow than Pete or Ross ever have but think cain will win, surely since cain fought pretty even with graham who is much tougher and more skilled than Nate
