@@Bsmith806 Yeah that's true I suppose. I do remember Ashley beating his dad up which wasn't good. However, Ashley learnt from his mistakes though. He was still a nice person throughout the programme. Everyone makes mistakes in life. I miss Ashley and his dad Sandy. Sandy was funny and hilarious throughout the programme when he was alive.
Killing off Ashley hasn't worked. The storyline was brilliant and John Middleton played a blinder but the Thomases have been lost since he died. Its hard to recognise how important he actually was to the fabric of that family.
I literally felt sick to the stomach watching this scene... He would now be so proud of Gabby and Arthur,would Ashley, Arthur now in his GCSE year and Gabby finished with school... At least he can still see his gorgeous 2 from heaven.. And watch over them every day..
