@@filmnerd2507 i agree. I remember a lot of people felt let down by her return. It seems people have forgotten that people can change, especially when they haven’t been seen in nearly 20 years.
@@HS-tq8xf It's not Kim that has changed but rather the script quality. It's very understandable why people would be let down. They made Kim a camp ice queen instead of the glam bitch with a heart we all loved. She has improved since her return but her constant empty threats are irritating

I like how Meena tried to exert some power over Kim as she does with everyone else in the village and she is very open with what she has done like she wants to get caught, which is a trait most psychos have but what I loved is even though she does have a screw loose she still had some sense to back down from Kim.
I don’t really rate Kim’s character but when she’s confronting Meena she’s actually sound so hopefully Meena will slip up and then everything will come out in the end
The pathetic little loser has already slipped up with trying to drown Victoria while cameras where rolling and then threatening murder in front of Jacob but getting in the bad side of Kim is the stupidest thing she could have done
This was a fantastic scene. We need to see Kim at her wicked best. Now Jamie isn't there to hold her back and no grandchildren hopefully we'll see the superbitch Kim Tate. Haha Andrea the drip 😆
Meena is a little girl compared to Kim Tate. Let's face it she watched Frank Tate die, smashed Chris over the head with a paperweight while she ran away, stitched Steve Merchant up, tried to kill Joe and Graham and faked her own death on more than one occasion. Meena has got nothing on Kim
It depends I guess. If it comes down to a mental battle then Kim would win as she's smarter. But I think if the fight got physical and came down to a case of who kills who 1 on 1 then Meena would probably win physically as she has the killer instinct.
Kim would end Meena 60 or not 🤣 I love both of them as villains they're brilliant but Kim would be the one to see Meena kill someone and say "Hold my G&T"
Meena Vs Kim The Final Showdown. It be a great episode. Tbh with you Meena messed up, because when Kim gets involved with situations like this you know that they messed up.
Just imagine if it was Bernice confronting Meena. Bernice would wipe the floor with Meena convincingly. The writers should do a storyline about Bernice battering Meena and leaving her lying on the floor with facial bruising, broken ribs etc. What a fantastic storyline that would be. I'd look forward to that, big time.

I think Kim is the more smarter and devious of the two but Meena is definitely the more cold blooded (albeit immature) and that is saying something compared to Kim. It is definitely KIm's devious villainous smarts and resources vs Meena's genuine child like psychosis.
This is the closest I’ve seen yet to the Kim Tate of the 90’s, her original run was iconic, she didn’t just throw threats about, she used to drop sarcy hints, take action and then threaten them after if they cross her again, she comes across as classless and desperate and empty now by comparison!
This scene was great, as are both characters. In the villainy stakes, Meena is in a different league to Kim. She murdered 3 people, (including an 18 year old on her birthday) within 4 and a half months, didn't feel one shred of remorse, and enjoyed every second of it, after already murdering someone else previously. That's discounting her attempted murders. While Kim has numerous 'feats' herself, she clearly wouldn't ever be capable of that. It's like how, using cross-soap comparisons, the Mitchell brothers are completely small fry compared to likes of Warren, Brendan and Trevor who unlike them were all capable of multiple murders.
@@louise1291 Yes I know that. But Meena has killed 4 people in cold blood, and in the space of 6 months killed 3 people, and would have killed another 3 people had she not been interrupted. Also it's far more likely that Meena kills again (or at least comes close) than Kim. So as 'badass' as Kim is, Meena is simply on a different level there being a remorseless serial killer, but Kim is another on a different level to a wimp like Cain. There is probably a lot of bias towards Kim in these comparisons, because she is a long-term, 'legacy' character. She is a great character though, and is still one of the best characters on the show right now.

True, she doles out a lot of empty threats. Can't believe she let Faith away with pushing her onto a champagne fountain. Kim's original run was far more iconic. Then you will see the real villain in her

Because the actress playing the character decided she wanted to leave the show and was fine with the way it was done. Plus as a recent mother again it would seem she wants to spend time with her new baby.
