On my third listen and a fan since the beginning. I’ll say that this album is the most evolved and powerful form of Emmure so far. When Josh Travis joined and they came out with Look at yourself I was blown away that Frankie finally found another musician to emphasize his true talent. The dynamic and bouncy grooves that Travis brings on this album makes Frankie even more effectively powerful. I know people want longer tracks and who wouldn’t but even these 2 min songs pack a massive punch and then tracks like 203 and Pans dream have an intriguing experimental aspect. I cannot get enough of the nu metal traces on this album either. They’ve had Nu flavor on the last few, but they fully embraced it here. I can’t get enough of this album.
