What an amazing moment for Emmy and her parents. Patsy exemplifies a mother’s love in the way she is looking at Emmy Rose. It was just an incredible moment in time.
Emmy... you've made a grown woman cry with your version of Coal in Miner's Daughter. Your Memaw's eyes are smiling, and your parent's proud Ness are a reflection of what your songs are bringing to the Idol's audiences. No one knows the final outcome... but you won already as a songstress, songwriter and a story teller. May Idol be a stepping stone to whatever awaits you in your 🎶 journey, because your grandma was right in saying you had the gift. Emmy Russell... be looking for updates to when you cut your 1st album. Best wishes from Massachusetts.
You have yourGrandmother love in your song and heart likes her did.you made. Me cry with loving memories of your Grandmother. Love your voice and listening to you. GOD Bless you emmy
She did a wonderful rendition of her grandmother's song and she should be proud... I love the look on McKenna's face at 3:00 minutes... That's a version that should be recorded and that she should sing on her concert tours...
YES! Be Proud of having Loretta Lynn’s blood running through your body. It doesn’t matter if you are a great granddaughter or a granddaughter of Loretta’s. Stop and hold your head up and be proud, sing the songs out. You know she has to be proud of you. God bless you. 👍👍 🥰 🐾 👍👍 You gave me chills and you made me cry. ❤️ ❤️
She needs to open up her voice just a bit louder when she sings. She has a very good voice. She is holding back. Do what your grandmother did. Let people hear your voice with that beautiful smile you have. You have big foot steps to fill so show them what you have. I don't really listen to country music. But I do think you have this if you want it
That’s the point ,the judges didn’t want her to sing like Loretta, they wanted to see as an artist if she could take a Loretta Lynn song and make it her own style so blame the judges
