Elle Thomas received the NATAS Northwest Emmy award for her work as a Host in Seattle, WA. The "Program Host" craft category is highly competitive and entered by Hosts from five states. The Emmy was announced during the June 2024 awards ceremony, for the 2023 calendar year.
Elle also won an Emmy award in a second craft category in 2024 for her work as a News Anchor (another highly competitive category).
Elle won a third Emmy in the Child/Youth/Teens Docuseries category in 2024 for the project she hosts (which she also writes and produces), "Wildlife: A Look Inside Woodland Park Zoo"
Elle is a Monday-Friday evening anchor at KIRO7 in Seattle, WA. She has been with the station for three years and has received three promotions in that time (weekend morning anchor, weekend evening anchor, weekday evening anchor).
