It depends on how many counts u do in every exercise. Ex. 25x biceps curl, u should finish 25x bicep curl before 1 min.,the remaining seconds will be ur rest. Hope it helps.
We will be providing EMOM workouts soon. But a good example of an EMOM workout is: 5 push-ups & 10 squats every time time we say GO. After you complete the reps, rest until the minute ends and we say GO again. Try that for all 20 minutes! If too easy or too hard, simply adjust the reps count. Tell us how it goes :)
