First there was Emoticon making this Happy Hardcore stuff. The mascot was this rainbow cat^^ Asaik this cat called Emoticon became the mascot of Furries in a Blender. SO: Emoticon wasn't the old name for FIAB. (I just wanted to agree with you here, not that i'd have to explain sth to you you already know :P)
@fear569173 No, I'm pretty certain that FIAB has always been the title. Emoticon is the new avatar for FIAB. The old mascots were three baby foxes. Then along came the rainbow cat.
