The pregnancy thing was too much. I have female colleagues when they are pregnant we do not allow them to go on field work and even to production floor and it's not discrimination it's social sense for better of mother and baby. It's reality when women delivers a baby she have to take break for her and newly born baby. In China it's 6 month maternity leave. And I being stupid used to think why need so many months only to realize when I holded a infant in my hand I realized 12 months kardo
