just a FYI your not sapost to have sand with leopard gecko because they’ll eat the sand and it will cause compaction and they will die, my advice is to use reptile carpet or tiles

Oh my goodness. I use to watch Daily Bumps all the time. Then life happened and I got busy. Today in RU-vid there was a suggested video and it was of Ollies first hair cut. I watched it and realized how much I missed Daily Bumps. I subscribed again and this is the first video I watched. I actually teared up because I can’t believe how big the boys are. It will take me forever to get caught back up! I won’t let this happen again! ❤️

I would advise to get rid of the sand because the animal can accidentally get the sand into his mouth when trying to eat.

We’ve had two leopard for a year now and Have sand !! They just say to wait u til they are a few months old , and by the look of it that lizard looks like he’s old enough ! ❤️

Yeah sand is never good for any reptile, regardless of age. Just because some people do it doesn't mean it's the correct care. Leos especially constantly lick everything, and in the wild they would lick the dirt to get minerals from it - but pet store sand is not digestible and will lead to impaction.

Your totally right I would recommened either eco earth dirt. Or reptile carpet. The gecko could possibly eat the sand and could actually get impacted and posdible die.
