Rainbow baby is here!! He might have made us all wait but the wait is finally over!
Today I am sharing our birth vlog that includes induction, medication and so much more. Might not have been the way that I wanted, however, having our sweet boy here safe and sound is all that matters!

Hey... I had my baby on my due date the 4th Sept 2019 as well started feeling contractions at 7:41 PM water broke upon arrival at the hospital baby was out 10:26pm. Never even got an iv until after birth all natural delivery no bruises or tear. Baby perfectly healthy was a quick and easy delivery. It was great following you on this amazing journey going through the same symptoms for 9 months etc. Also my 3rd and final child too.

If u dont know what a rainbow baby is its basically u have a baby and it passes away and then u have another one and it survives and its called a rainbow baby hope it helps and congrats on your new baby💞

So happy for you that your induction went well. Mine was scary and very painful. I had to be induced on the 31st instead of the 3. My NST showed his heart rate dropping with contractions. I was given cervidil and it put me into labor quick and painful. My pain level started at 7 then went to 10. Was not able to get an epidural until I made progress. It was 8 hours before I got the epidural but by time it was in place I was fully dilated. My body was uncontrollably pushing with every contraction at 4 cm. I went from 1cm to 10cm in 1hr. I got no direction from the doctor or nurses, epidural had not kicked in and the doctor had to use some kind of suction to help pull him out. With that I was kicking and screaming, felt like I was being stabbed down there. Connor was born 8:55pm with the cord wrapped twice around his neck and in respiratory distress. It took a while before he made a sound. He was taken to the NICU. I could not hold him till the next day and he spent his first 6 days of life there. We finally brought him home on my due date September 6th. He was 6lb 13oz and 20inches. This was by far my worst labor and delivery.

Wow! So emotional! Congrats❤️ this is no judgement on anyone that labors on their back but I cannot imagine laboring or birthing on my back. I could not breathe on my back. I was only comfortable on all fours or in a squat. It might have been because I felt my contractions in my back.

It wasn't what I thought would work but it's the only place that felt comfortable. It was strange but I did what worked 👍
