I actually cried while listening to this. I was hanging out with my boyfriend just watching videos with this in the background and I just felt tears start coming, but they felt good? He didn't realize that I was crying I just wiped them away fast. We ended up watching some compilations of some of our favorite podcast hosts talk about letting go of the old defensive, hunched-upness that comes from trauma. At some point we learned how to be in a frequency that we created and existed only to protect us at a time of crisis in our lives, but how we can learn to identify those things about us we so dislike, forgive and love them and recognize that it is all ok!! All of it is ok, because each one of us is perfect. We are perfect because we are part of all creation, not separate from it. As Alan Watts says, you are it. THIS IS IT. The whole writhing mess of joy and pain, wherever we are at, is perfect. Thank you again Malte, I have struggled but always believe that the state I am in and the thoughts I have create my reality, but having ADHD my mind never slows down, and it has been getting the better of me. Finally I have an enjoyable way of shutting it off. Thank you for putting up all these hour-long tracks, they are truly a gift. I also have a suggestion, one day can you make a gratitude mediation? Not me still crying over here typing this lol.

Someone I trust referred me to you and this video and here you are feeding my soul and I am free of the bondage I carried that manifested in pain. I felt the pain leave my body and the winds took it away and I am free. As free as the birds that are confirming my healing. Thank you for these healing tears. I am working as a MD at intensiv care unit. Today, two of my patinet were totaly out of balance delirant... For the first tine I found your music, played it on my JBL box, which is always with me... Totaly peace came... Both of them...

My father is in the hospital. He is not a very good person, he even scared me and had to heal a lot of childhood trauma due to him. But I still feel sad when I witness something unfortunate happen to him. I wish he could have lived a better & more peaceful life. I came here to listen to this video to soothe the intense emotions in my heart right now

Apart from the amazing sound that comes from this instrument (and of course the talented player) is the facial expressions on Malte. It looks like he is really feeling this in his core. I guess that's what makes him so good. Its not just an instrument to him.

after long days with my wife in tunesia i heard this. we ate slept and repeated together like no one else we felt very connected in our hand and hearts. everxtime i hear these songings i remeber the moments and her. pls never stop uploading. now i come to the sad part of the belongnig story. the time in the paradise like place never lasted long. after 2 up to 3/4 months she passed away with another man and woman caused by a trip called bad (bad tripper). so now the only memories i have with her are charged in this songs. i am very thankfull. thx
