My showcase of the Emotional Vision 2077 lighting mod for Cyberpunk 2077. This is one for the vanilla enjoyers because it can be setup to very closely replicate vanilla colors while also bringing an expanded color and contrast range to it.

Hey folks, it happened again, my video descriptions are being mysteriously and randomly deleted, i.e. time stamps, links etc, just randomly disappearing. I've fixed it for now so hopefully timestamps get restored.

I thought nova City wasn't compatible with any other lighting mods? I wanna try this combo

@@Corpsive it's compatible with other LUTs, just not ENVs, since it provides its own one. So things like GITS won't work well, but Emotional Vision is just a LUT, so it goes on top of pretty much anything.

Super high quality video, but honestly there are so many LUT"s and ENV's out that it's just overwhelming and i just can't choose.

I know the feeling. I spend more time messing around with lighting mods than actually playing. I've settled on this for now: * Cyberpunk Ultra Plus * GITS 3.X - 01 fuji env basic version (for reLIGHT, per ultra plus recommendation) * RenoDX (also per ultra plus recommendation) It's my understanding that this combination is basically "Vanilla Improved".

My singular small gripe with EV is that a lot of the yellow tones noticeably turn pretty orange, especially noticeable on road paints. Reshade helps with that a bit depending on the preset though. Still a very good LUT especially with handling the neon signs well. Keeping it in the rotation with Nova vibrant for sure. Great showcase

This is a nice Vanilla+ LUT/ENV mod. I think I still prefer Vision LUT (combined with Nova City) - just something about it that touches my soul. Is a showcase on Vision LUT planned? Great videos by the way!!!

Great! This seems pretty interesting. There's another one came out recently for vanilla called Neutral AgX-Based LUT by RunesGuy. I'd like to know your thoughts on that one as well.

I def like the showcase. I’ll have to definitely try this out in HDR with reshade to see how it fairs. It’s really tough to compete with vanilla with reshade settings and vignette off in HDR

Yea I've heard HDR is pretty tough to get right with modded LUTs, I don't have a HDR monitor so I can't test any of them for HDR.

Hi Krush, Isn't video related but it's overall related question, do you know any mod that could inncrease render distance? it's annoying to see things popping suddenly and popping out 1 feet away

bro how is your frame times SO perfect? i have a 4090 with a ryzen 5800x and my frame times are all over the place. you are using path tracing right? edit. you play at 1440p right? i am at 4k. maybe thats why.

Oh lord it took me weeks to get the frames stable myself so I feel your pain. So the first thing I did is cap my frame rate to 60(only for singleplayer games of course). Capping via nvidia control panel or RTSS is better than the in-game cap. Then I ensure I have the gfx settings at where I have some spare headroom beyond the 60 cap(think 70-80 actual fps but capped to 60). This helps absorb some minor to moderate stutter. On my rig on cyberpunk that is(when capturing) 4K, dlss balanced, FG enabled, (when just playing) 4K, dlss performance, no FG. Path tracing enabled. And finally what made the last bit of difference for me was the mod called Anti-stutter - High CPU Priority: www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/14286 It is a simple registry edit that permanently gives cyberpunk the highest CPU priority whenever you run the game. It's a one and done deal, just download it, run it once and you are good to go. Hope it helps!

@@KrushSG btw little tip if you wanna get rid of most of not at all ghosting and smearing (usually I see it when using frame generation but also when ray reconstruction is on) update all 3 Nvidia DLLs to their newest ones from tech power up for dlss. Frame generation and ray reconstruction. Then download dlss tweaks and install it and set the dlss presets to E. It'll make the image much more sharp. More stable and less ghosting smearing and less artifacts.

I actually did that already but I think I have it on preset C? I have to check. Will definitely try preset E, thanks for the tip! Edit: scratch that, it seems I had no preset selected. Coulda sworn I set it to C when I updated my dll's

Did finish the game couple of months ago, same with 4k 4090. Game ran flawlessly in the beginning but later in Dogtown and end, it was rather painful stuttering all over the place.

can i use the full mode with gits 3.0 ? or only the lut ?

If you are using the Fuji env then use the LUT only. The full mode isn't compatible with other lighting mods.

I can imagine... it's such a shame. I do understand why they need to control certain things on console, cos uniformity of hardware and all but still don't get why mods aren't supported for this game on consoles, there are other games that support modding on consoles so it's not unheard of.

I relate to this way too much, caved in and am building my first pc now. I always wanted to mod my games but Cyberpunk was the final straw for me personally, theres just too many good mods out there that make this already great game even better. Also the quality mode is a lil disappointing on PS5 ngl
