Hearing those words: "Because you don't know when you're going to do it again." Had me in tears immediately. You can see and feel how much he wanted this win.

There's something about a driver being visibly moved to tears by a win that always gets me right in the heart. Those are the kinds of wins in motorsports that mean the most to me.

So happy for you aj. Man you're the best. When Jimmie Johnson retired you became my favorite. I each more xfinity than cup so I can see him. Met him twice in a 15 year span. In the 84 and his first year in 16. Treated me with the SAME enthusiasm. Asked if I wanted a picture. Shook my hand and looked me in my eyes. One hell of a man

Aj has been my favorite since 08. Have been fortunate enough to meet him a few times. He's just such a humble dude. And he's hilarious. When I first met him in 2010 when he was in the 43 he said to me "you're the 4th person I've seen decked out in all my gear today, of course the first 3 were my wife and parents." 😂 I get chills watching his post race interviews. Hell I'm re watching all his wins and post race interviews now. Lol

Dude, you do realise this is AJ crying because he won the race? That's what I love about AJ the most is the fact he cares that much about winning races, compared to robots who win all the time and act like a win means nothing. I prefer crying athletes that care over a win/loss over robotic people who show no emotion after a win or a loss.

@@SteveR-ym3yc If you want robots who show no emotion or tears when they win races, go for it, but we actually don't get enough drivers who show emotions when they win races. It's only AJ, really I've seen cry when he wins races, and that's what I love. I never even saw half of those names you mentioned who've won races because I got into NASCAR in 2021, so I wouldn't know, but if you watch other motorsports, you see no emotions after winning races. So yes, I rather see drivers cry and be emotional than have a win or loss that means absolutely nothing cos it doesn't happen often enough, and it should than emotionless robots.

@@thefizz So every time someone scores a touchdown we should see crying? No, there are other ways to show emotion that are not robot like. Also, you should watch some old NASCAR races and enjoy the ones that built the sport.
