I'm all in on the Roadrunner II .. I like the fact that it's lighter than the pro!!! I think 34 MPH is still crazy fast!!

havent even watched yet but thanks for posting this video! there was practically nothing on the OG roadrunner several months back. i went with a NIU K3 Max vs the Roadrunner OG(1400 at time of with 5 year warranty) and decided on the NIU. It has become a regret. After being concerned with both the acceleration and the electronic braking of the NIU, they salted the roads for the first time this year and my regenerative break wouldnt kick in as I was going over sand, then it kicked in suddenly and I went absolutely flying. Was hospitalized.. Broken wrist. Pretty screwed up hands, both arms, knee, and I hit my head off the ground real bad. It's been months and I'm still quite screwed up. I was wearing a motorcycle helmet and full gear otherwise I would have been in the hospital for a long time. I'm done with the formal L shape scooter. Fuck em. There are several major problems including small wheels. In general I think the heavier they are, the more dangerous they are. In a lot of situations, they fly out from under your feet -- especially because your entire body weight is on them -- it's kind of hard to explain the science, but once both wheels lose traction, it's insane how quickly they can shoot out from under what you're standing on. I owned a 300 dollar scooter for several months -- obviously it was much lighter -- SAFER because of that -- I put 200 miles on it... I treated it like a skateboard... I road it off road like a mad man trying to drift it. I had it fly out from under my feet several times(I held onto handlebars and jumped off). At no point whatsoever was I afraid of the thing... it didn't weigh enough. The moment I started riding the NIU, everyone's favorite brand -- I felt unsafe on it. I had it for 2 weeks trying to baby the thing when that happened. Funny enough, it literally isn't any faster than my 300 dollar scooter. Same top speed. I could complain up and down here about the NIU, but I'll just end on this: I considered this vs. a formal scooter, I went with a formal scooter, and I ended up in the hospital for something that hasn't happened during years of bicycle and motorcycle riding. I definitely regret not buying this because having something I would sit on was part of my logic with getting an electric vehicle.

For the Roadrunner V2, they should have considered putting an extended range battery.

I think the OG RR is still better at this point with how weird the laws are. Its small enough that it won't really get the police attention

I was originally going to order the original roadrunner as everyone seemed to rave about it ect,but after the pro came out and just seeing the looks,and the features it comes with,and for under 2900...there's not allot of electrics out there that will give that much or look that bad ass for under 3 grand. I ran into a Lil money so will be ordering one very soon,so excited. I was going to order another stand up scooter but after a bad crash last summer I still haven't got back on mine,but it's winter time and I did damage the handbars ect. Idk at my age (43) and having a crash face first into pavment at 35mph with no helmet,I just think I would be way more comfortable on somthing more like a seated bike or scooter,and love the heavy weight of the pro to keep you grounded. Thanks for the comparison.

Here is my Big Question would cops consider this scooter a Motorcycle because there is no pedals and because it is not a stand up scooter ??? If the cops think this is a electric motorcycle you will have to get it registered and licensed to ride on road legally !!!!!
