This video shows a transformer that is part of a link across a Marx generator. I have one leg of the antenna hooked up to the low side of the transformer and have an antenna hooked up to high side of the transformer. The pulses readily are transferred across the transformer again this is Marx generator. I’ve had similar experiments with Tesla coils where the pulses can conduct and radiate across a transformer. At Defcon 17 one objection was that these Marx generator pulse will not cross a transformer.
