I am highly empathetic. It can be draining to feel others or uplifting depending on their energy so it is important to cleanse/release and refresh. Your wife daughter and church ladies are blessed to be a blessing.💖 🤗. The expert inside me is the Holy Spirit. 🙂... I 'was a go-getter.like Martha.. But now just like Mary... Just sitting/resting in the Lord JesusChrist.

I haven’t been in a relationship for four years where I’m not happy. And I don’t know how to let this go. We lost a daughter and we are both always in pain. I feel like his feelings are my responsibility. But this really woke me. So I will back up from feeling responsible and if nothing changes then it needs to be let go if it’s not for me.

Psalm 102 is a prayer of someone who is worn out and exhausted (the one praying is I think Jesus and quoted in Hebrews 1) and followed by the reminders of God's compassion in 103, I also notice Proverbs 30, the words of Agor also starts saying he is weary and worn out 3 times before soaring to Christ like imagery. If you read it without empathy you might miss the contrast.
