''EMPIRE MEDLEY'' Superfruit Reaction 

I’ve never seen a single episode of Empire and still feel this is one of their best medleys. They sounded perfect.

They compliment each other. I am floored Superfruit was not more popular. I’m glad you guys are reacting to them.

Thanks for reacting to this awesome Superfruit Empire medley. Yes, Fox paid them to put the medley together to promote the show. They did a great job, in my opinion.

I'm another one who's never seen the show, but thoroughly enjoy this medley because.....well, their voices! Damn they're good together.

Thanks for the great reaction to one of my favorite SF music videos ever. This has everything, including so much soul. These two met as kids of 8 or 9 in a local musical theater production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. So, they've been singing together for a very long time, and it shows.

Hi Kev and Dave....great reaction. Yes Scott, Kirsty and Mitch have known each other and performed in musical theater since they were 10-ish years old. If you get a chance watch "the making of Evergreen" which is the behind the scenes of recording the latest PTX Christmas album - Evergreen. very insightful. Cheers

I never watched Empire, but I liked this so much I did some research. The show is about a family who run a hip hop / entertainment company, with lots of conflict, power struggles and drama . The show had its own staff of songwriters and producers, and good singers in the cast. All the songs in this medley are from season one, and the Fox network sponsored this to use in their advertisements going into the second season. I still haven't seen any episodes but I did buy an album that had music from the first season, including original versions of all these songs.

Thanks for the reaction. You guys showed exactly what I felt when I heard this the first time. I knew of the show "Empire" . But never watched it. This medley was produced near the peak of Superfruit. When Scott and Mitch practically functioned as one person. They were so in sync with each other it was amazing to watch. Superfruit's other musical performances are great too. Hope you do them all.

Not that it matters either way! I'm just saying that straight and gay dudes across the internet, if they have good taste they both appreciate Pentatonix! But when a ton of your subscribers turn you on to Superfruit of course the gay subscribers have no problem with this they actually love having more content! You dudes, if you are actually straight, you did as most folks did you found the gay Superfruit channel funny,silly and outrageous! I’m so confused right now aren’t they part of Pentatonix so what’s happening

After watching Scott and Mitch you would be very disappointed if you watched the show. Everyone said that Fox screwed up when they commissioned Superfruit to do this medley because they did the music so much better than the people on the show.

There are loads of great superfruit videos to watch. Definitely watch Guy.exe. It’s definitely worth a watch.
