@@MountainMiniatures i belive it does It specifically says, no unit that is fleeing, charged or moved as a result of compulsory movement may not move again in the remaining moves sub-phase. Which where the conveyance spell would be cast. In this game the mage on the gryph that failed its charge due to rolling triple ones for its charge making it get stuck in front of the skeletons couldn't move again by casting conveyance spell that allows a unit to move again. Because its movement has already been completed for the turn. I hope this explains it better.
